I am hearing a lot of similar reviews that Antonio got when he joined. If he puts in a quarter of the performances Antonio did then he will be a good signing.

We are desperate for quick wingers. You can see that from the difference Jamie Ward has made since he has come back.

Risk vs reward. 1 million isn't a huge amount for an attacking player in this league so even if he isn't as good as we hope, it's not the end of the world, especially when his wages will be considerably less than the dross we've brought in previously on much higher. It all balances out.

If he does become a star for us, his value will rise really quickly, and we can pocket the difference if we need.

It's signings like this that are smart, not Mccormack loans.

A Million? according to the post report on him Derby offered £2m for him in the summer -

His promising form attracted interest from Forest's rivals Derby County last summer, with the Rams said to have bid around £2m for the pacy youngster, but that bid was rejected.

Could turn out to be Franz Carr and Nathan Tyson, quick but a bit erratic. However, pace to burn and occasionally doing something very good is an improvement on our wingers at the moment. And, like Marlon Mk1, who was a real joke when at Ipswich on loan, he could turn out to be a very useful addition to the squad.

I like the fact we have looked down the divisions and that the influence has clearly come from Lester, Paige and Brazil.

We need an owner who sticks to a strategy and looks after the pennies. This move hasn't got Fawaz' stamp on it at all.

Dumitru and Carayol make Tyson and Carr look like Gareth Bale.

At least Jamie Ward works hard and got an assist and nearly scored last night. It's no use being fast if you can't beat 1 man and square, Tyson could do that over and over again. His finishing and injuries let him down but his contribution was invaluable. He got no end of defenders booked as well as free kicks, corners etc that should have been easily cleared. Like I say, no use being fast if you're lazy and useless.

There's no way this new lad is as bad as the current crop.

Apparently the G is silent so I guess it's just Boly, you can hear the fans calling him that in videos as well.

Seeing as my old man does not keep up to date with stuff to do with forest and usually spends the first few games of the season asking me who the new players are..... i aint a clue where to start with this one.... might have to buy a programme so i can show him without attempting to say it.

Thought I saw an £800k figure. No idea to be honest.

I heard that offers of £800k came in for him and Chesterfield rejected, holding out for £2m. I also heard that we only paid £300k for him as his contract is up in the summer.

Pace, yes but looks to have great close control and looks a slippery character the way he rolls around defenders. He's going to be real handful. As others have said, looks very much like a young Wilfried Zaha. One to be moulded but not tamed hopefully.

    Default Omogbolahan Gregory "Gboly" Ariyibi

Plenty of time to improve his final product.
Quick once he gets going and got good feet and close control.
    This lad could be decent.

Like the look of this lad, our strikers have been starved of service and all of them crave crosses, only have to look at Britt's goal the other day.

Bendtner's had a lot of stick but most of his goals in his career have come via crosses, and he's never had that in a Forest shirt, so hopefully we can start delivering for them all.

Then when they get cleared, Clough or McCormack will be on the edge of the area to pick up the second ball and whack it home. Simple game, football.
