"It's no good having a lot of possession if you are not clinical enough in the final third of the pitch.
"Possession is irrelevant if you don't make the most of it. We created chances, without having the necessary edge to our finishing.
"On numerous occasions we got into good areas without making it count. Two individual errors have cost us, but I felt we were very good for periods of the first half."

I’m hoping they sack him and replace him with Karanka, so QPR fans can experience that never-ending, stats-based, bore-a-thon Karanka v Warburton “debate” that dogged this forum for what seemed like decades.

QPR above us. Wouldn't it be typical Forest if Warburton gets QPR up.

Who was the last ex-Forest manager to get a club promoted? I genuinely don't know.

Seems far from typical to me!

Another club and after managing us? Cotterill with Bristol City in 2014-15.

It isn't too difficult considering that MON, Karanka, Freedman, Psycho and Davies haven't managed anyone, MW has only just got a new job, McLeish has only managed abroad, we really are a graveyard for toss managers.

Steve McClaren nearly did, but Bobby Zamora...

It only takes a second to score a goal.

Kinnear and Megson went to manage in the PL after us? Does that count?

We destroy managers' careers, we don't make them.

Many were saying how AK would walk into another job. Well there's been a fair few availble since he left and he's still without one.

Probably enjoying their massive pay offs in the Bahamas. Not a nice place to be right now like

I read that he's still angry over his sacking at Forest. Rightfully so, from his point of view. But I was thinking: say that at the end of the season you are in the playoffs; which of the last four managers you've had would you prefer to be in charge for the crucial playoff matches? I would argue that Lamouchi and then Karanka would be preferred by most over Warburton.

I think those pointing to the number of goals QPR have conceded is a valid point. When they suffer the inevitable blip and don't score quite so freely, can their defence hold out?

Lamouchi 1st choice. Warburton over AK every day of the week unless AK can change the entire squad at halftime

QPR have a long way to go though. I think they'll struggle when injuries hit, and end up mid-table. It's about next season for them (which it should really have been when Warbs was here with us)

Depends what squad we have, honestly I’d go for Sabri (of course) then Warbs simply because we have a team that could finally play his style. The players he was given was actually dogshit. Karanka is a glorified Douglas because he’s Spanish and coached at Real Madrid.

He is doing a good job there but it’s very predictable with him.

Every job he’s had has gone the same way, the trend at QPR is the same so far.

If they continue doing well the fair play to him.

    Lamouchi > Karanka > Warburton > MON

    I'd go Lamouchi > Karanka > MON > Warburton
