Default The demise of Fawaz al -Hasawi

Here is his latest twitter announcements :

Our main goal right now is to stabilize our position in the championship. #nffc

We are trying our best to appoint the right manager for the next season. We appreciate your ongoing support towards the club. #nffc

It is important that we stick together as we have since day one in order to come through the challenging times #nffc

We are on track to appoint a CEO who can help drive this club forward. Good news as the embargo will be lifted in summer #nffc

A big thank you to all our supporters once again and I promise to try my best to satisfy the happiness of our great fans #nffc

I don't blame our fans for their disappointment and sadness as I would feel the same way if I was in their shoes. #nffc

Out of embargo - that's the big one, accepting the circus at our beloved club, it's been a nightmare of a season with injuries etc. Onwards and upwards survive this season and hopefully things will start to look up.

If you get relegated are automatically out of FFP. Maybe that's why he's been so sure we won't be in embargo next year, this is probably one of his grand plans.

Don't even joke about it. It could still happen.

Slightly worrying that it takes another bad defeat and fan backlash on twitter to confirm we will be out of it. Another stick to beat off the hordes I think

Give it a rest you keyboard warriors. Spoke with him on the train after the Brentford match and you can tell that he really wants the best for the club and is really hurting. I would rather him come out and use Twitter (if that's his thing) rather than appearing not to give a damn.
On the manager front I think Gus Poyet is a good call also BryanRoy. No Clough, Evans, Keane etc.

Henri Lansbury's latest tweet too, for those not on Twitter,
"Got to stick together and grind out these next games we haven't been good enough we know that sorry to the fans time to stick together"

What I wish is that players would just do it on the pitch, rather than talking about it on twitter. Empty words if nothing happens

I've no doubt that Fawaz is hurting. A pity it has taken all this time for him to realise that you have to set up the club from top to bottom, and not like you would a middle Eastern bazaar. Had he got in experts from the start, and taken a back seat, we would be be in a better position. That's all.

not strictly true we then enter the lovely world of not being allowed to spend over 75% of our income on wages and if we do we end up with a (you guessed it) full blown embargo i.e no loans ect

When Fawaz didn't speak, same with the previous regime for that matter, people accused him of secrecy and keeping the fans in the dark.

Now people complain that he should keep quiet and aren't happy with him being active on places like social media.

    Folks will always find fault.

I hope he gets it sorted. I think we will probably be okay this season, relegation is a real possibility but still a distant one ATM.

I am behind Fawaz, I think he cares for the club and I think he wants the best for the club.

What about the McGovern latest? Pretty much said Fawaz has spoken to Davies and wants him as manager.
