Not sure he fancies the main job anymore, but i'd be happy if at any point he had a role at the club. Smart bloke who thinks the game right imo.
This is what makes me smile a bit, Chelsea wont be hunting him down but everybody wants to buy and believe his 'philosophy'.

It's all bollox, no wonder SS thrives these days, they can put bullshit out there at a whim and millions cant wait to get face deep in excrement. Zombies.

I don't subscribe to Sky Ray. I prefer to form my opinions by what I personally see and hear, and I liked what O'Driscoll was trying to get the team to do, and also what he said, in particular that he didn't appear to regard the listener as soundbite-buying idiot, in the way that many other managers do.

What a monumental screw up letting SOD was. Building a philosophy and team identity whilst getting results. To think some people didn't want him just because his interviews were boring. Some of our fans were just as big a tool as Fawaz.

And yet only a couple of 'em turned up to his leaving do. Must have been down to Fawaz to book the pick-up taxis.

The club is certainly becoming something special to the community again.

I hope that Forest will present the Film at my daughter‘s school in Ruddington; the Headmaster is a County Fan!

Probably not appropriate for them to show Alan Hardys film or photo reel in a school

Ivo Vieira. The Portuguese coach who Mr Marinakis likes has joined the 5th best team in Portugal after guiding minnows to 6th.

Will monitor his progress because you feel he will remain on our list for the future.

The thing with EM is that he believes in those matters a lot.
He considers football as a community driver with a lot of initiatives that raise football to something more than a sport.
It's not PR. He does believe in this. It's nice to see that he is not doing this in Pireaus, his homeland, but also in Nottingham.
You know, this starts slowly, and step by step the club plays a significant role helping those that need that.
It's not PR. He has done so many things over here without advertising them.
When we had an enormous flaw of immigrants in Pireaus, staying close to the harbour in tents, he motivated all Olympiacos' personnel and every day the club was preparing and delivering thousand of meals and water to them.
For months. The TV has left but the club stayed. He has sent also shoes, shirts, material not needed, to them and their kids and he had also players of the club to visit them and even play with the kids. That touched the players too a lot.
Not to mention other occasions when he and the club helped.

He is a person that tries to do something with his wealth.

He will make mistakes but in general he is not a typical rich bastard

The guy genuinely understands the importance of the wider community and giving it his and the clubs support wherever we are in a position to assist. The work he's done for the community at Olympiakos is incredible and I'm very happy to have him as our owner.

I think the new partnership with the schools FA is a particularly apt and important one for the club. Mainly, of course, it encourages sports participation by youngsters, but it also imprints the name of our club firmly in young minds.

It seems to be the case that EM encourages his name to be used in all of these announcements, indicating support for projects from top to bottom in the club.

Great to see new initiatives, lets hope we can get a grip on balancing expectation though.

Speaking as a fan who's largely interested in whats going on pitchside, new stands & projects mean nowt without success, what constitutes success to these guys is promotion next season. Id like to see us get started on staffing that appropriately to give the manager a fighting chance.

A championship side with the best infastructure means very little to me.

Speaking as one who has progressed very little in life, just moving around jobs with little advancement, perhaps it's just my character, but I have never looked for success from my club.

Winning is great, but the club means far more than that; can't explain it, just being there is part of my life, like girls and jazz.

It does show he’s not a chancer here for the extreme short term though, which surely bodes well for the club in general.

He doesn’t have to put his money in to extra staff, community projects, infrastructure etc. He could quite easily run a dictatorship with a skeleton staff, throw all the money at players and hope for the PL jackpot, like Fawaz did.

On the pitch is the most important, but it’s nice to see Forest playing their part in the city at large. I’m sure EM will have us sorted football wise soon enough.

Goddamit Forest, why can’t you go back to being an irresponsible, selfish, disorganised shambles again?

These initiatives are almost worth being proud of the club again.
