Anybody who saw his performance in the Bolton game would agree.

Dowell blows hot and cold, much like the fans, the hierarchy, the team, the squad, the whole club.

    He's a perfect fit.

I like this response on SaddieMad to the news of JG staying at Murder Lane.....

I love how they seem to think they have some sort of right to control OUR players.

Interestingly, a commentator on the Channel 5 highlights show last week gave it the Portuguese pronunciation, 'Hoorgay'.

And in Spanish, it is pronounced “Hoor-hay”.

Me and the band once stayed at a Mexican dudes house when on tour in America who I'd only spoken to via email - his name was Jorge. We met him for the first time, and I said 'Hey are you Hoorhay?' - he looked at me funny, took a second and said 'Hi yeah, I'm George. Are you Matt-ee-oo?' pronouncing my name in the french way.

Safe to say my band never let me live that one down.

The Portuguese pronounce it like us, except the J is softer, like in French.

The bint on channel 5 went for the Spanish version. Made me laugh. He’s from Oxfordshire. His parents just can’t spell.

I suppose it's a bit like the fun we had when JJ burst on the scene and the commentators had a job pronouncing Jenas. Amazing how many ways you can find to say five letters.

It can be pronounced whatever way Mardy and the County Fans deem fit.
