    Default 150th Anniversary Wall

    Launched today

    http://forestwall.co.uk/

    Nottingham Forest F.C.
    The 150th Anniversary Wall
Nottingham Forest are celebrating their 150th anniversary by erecting a ‘The 150th Anniversary Wall’ of personalised bricks and stones outside The City Ground.

Supporters will have the chance to have personalised messages engraved on to the wall, which will run outside the Trent End.

Two sections of special African red granite will also be erected, sporting gold lettering, with limited personalisation opportunities available.

Whether buying a brick as a gift or for yourself, The 150th Anniversary Wall provides Reds fans with the opportunity to etch their name into the fabric of the club they love.

Those who personalise a brick will also be able to purchase replicas to build into their house, display as an ornament or use however they see fit.

The first phase of The 150th Anniversary Wall project will be launched on 10th November, with installation scheduled for spring 2016.

Gift cards and activation codes are available from The City Ground megastore. Gift card recipients will be able to choose their own message for the brick.

I don't know, but I just counted out on my fingers how many characters in "I think Danny Fox is really, really shit".

If you split it on two lines it fits

It's not bad pricing actually, considering. I expected it to be more. Dad's Christmas present sorted I think!

If we ever do move from CG I would assume that the wall would be rebuilt at wherever we move to?

Usually I'll buy any old tat with a Forest logo on it. But this, I just don't get.

Might do it, wonder if 'it was this or a ticket' will fit.

I assume that it's going to be there for a very long time, so it might be actually pretty cool to have a part of the stadium. Although are you paying for the actual brick that goes into it or the right to have what you've paid for on there?

"Just Another Brick In The Wall" !

These extensive 150 Years celebrations are somewhat underwhelming!

    "Back in two weeks".

„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

I will buy one. Expected it to be more than £50, think its a nice idea to get your name up permanently at the place we all love.

Yeah I'd echo justnotjase's point above - I honestly expected the club to use its usual cack-handed approach and get the pricing completely and ridiculously wrong, but £50 is a tempting price and I'd imagine there will many takers at that price (me included!)

I had the same thoughts and the price quoted has tempted me, too.

Towards the cost of Fawaz hiring a van, driving it to Wickes, and filling with as many bricks as he can.

Plus a few marker pens to do the 'engraving'.
