They're getting rid of loads, bit like Wolves when they went down to L1

Cant see the logic in having a 34 yr old first choice with a 33 yr old back up. I have a feeling we are gonna trawl through the list of aging keepers now like Tremmel, Harper & jaaskalinen.

Surely we should be looking at projects like Mark Oxley whose 24yrs & done some quality time at lower league clubs & looks ready to step up.

I know our defence is pretty poor but I'm sure we can't field a team made up of 11 goalkeepers.

    Agreed

We need a ready and eager lad with good skills and who wants to develop his game with a 'big' club

Oh wait a minute wasn't that Darlow?

The Darlow and Lascelles deal was a pretty good one. Erlandson is potentially the long term successor. Maybe?

I thought it would be Smith or evtimov. They're then ones who actually played in our leagues.

He is friends with Fawaz and huge in the Arab world. This would be a massive boost for marketing if he fights for a place with DDV.

But we don't do marketing or making money very well, so nevermind.

At times he was awesome in the Premier with Wigan. I wouldn't be displeased

He's good. 33 is okay for a goalkeeper in the Championship.

33 isn't old for a keeper at all. Prime age tends to be between 28 and 34.

Would be more than happy with him. Highly experienced and could command his area. Considering that 40 year old beasant played for forest in the premiership , what is 33 years old ? Seriously , who did people expect forest to get ? Castilla ?

I'd be delighted with this. Not sure we can afford him.

I fancy being Andy Al-Habsi for a while so knowing my luck with wanting names before people sign, it's never happening.

Not sure if I'm the only one with this view but we should just play DDV. He's been promoted from this league before, still looked ok whenever he has played for us. We are supposed to have some good young keepers, Evtimov can fill in for emergencies until a loan can be arranged if needed.

With FFP this seems like an obvious way to save wages without harming the team.
