    Default Take Your Pick

Anyone of this list we can see coming in?

    https://footballfragmento.wordpress....t-summer-2015/

    Or from the premiership

I can't make my mind up on anyone. Some have subsequently signed contracts. Going to be an interesting summer and I hope Dougie and Hunter can unearth some gems.

I'll start the ball rolling, Dean Hammond from Leicester would be a good signing but we probably can't afford him. He has been out injured a lot though.

We can't afford anyone. We need to cut back.

Forget overpaid mercenaries and promote the youth.

„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

Many of the players on these lists have already signed new contracts, making them redundant.

'Promote the Youth' is a lovely concept but we've got another exodus of players this summer and they'll need replacing. We have three youth players that are at a push ready to be in the squad, not even to start.

Randolph or Gerken, Matt Mills and Daniel Williams stand out for me.

Dougie has dismissed any interest in Mills earlier today

Oliver Burke and Tyler Walker are there already.

Jack Kelly is another who I think could make the step up.

Let's give the young lads a chance. You never know, we might be capable of turning up the next Andy Reid or Jermaine Jenas.

If they've signed new contracts doesn't that make them employed rather than redundant?

The Bournemouth team that has just all but won promotion to the Premiership are based on the concepts of having the majority of the team developed from within, with a couple of quality outsiders.
7 of the current squad were were developed from the juniors and played under Howe in the League 1 days.
That's the way to do it.
Not splurging cash on signing players who have no committment to each other or to the cause.
It may take a couple of seasons to get the team really firing on all cylinders, but we are living proof that you cannot buy success, and even if you can, we can't becuase of the FFP.

Everytime a young player has been given a chance this year they've taken it. I don't want to see anymore Danny Fox's, Jammie Mackie's and no more pointless loans.

Me neither. These bloody mercenaries are only in it for what they can bleed out of the club.

I'd rather we promoted a young lad from the Academy.

Doesn't matter if they make mistakes at the start - that is how you learn.

Nigel Doughty bless him, always said he wanted to put the "Nottingham" back in to Nottingham Forest.

I reckon he was probably as fed up with some of these overpaid primadonnas as we are.

I'm with a lot of you on this, would love to see more youth. Like it or not though we're going to need a few players otherwise we'll be drastically thin on the ground.

I really like that Dougie came out and said that Mills and his agent were probably trying to link Mills with his former manager, Freedman, in order to get himself better contract at Bolton and that he wanted nothing to do with it.

'I'll do my old club, Bolton, a favour and dismiss the reports as rumours'

    Good man.

Loach? Really?! He's played for Bury and Yeovil this season after Rotherham signed him and then realised he's crap.

Ignore the Stag bit of name, I'm not a yellow n blue tramp. Voyeuristic traits compel me to normally read and avoid commenting, but the Notts Forest sh*t is too much
