    Default Barrow on loan

Nottingham Post says we have got Barrow on loan.
Dougie rates him. Pace and got a decent left foot. Man's got Blace.

    It's on the OS now.

    I don't think we've ever had a Swedish–Gambian player before.

    Or one called 'Mo'.

Can't believe some people have been whinging about this. DF's system of play is deeply dependent on wingers, all the more so since we lost our main striker to injury. With Paterson so out of sorts, we're dangerously exposed to injuries to Antonio and/or Burke. Bringing in someone who can sub for them or if need be replace one of them in the starting lineup is excellent business.
And in any case, this guy looks like fun. When did people become so miserable that they can't bear to be entertained?

Because the season is over! We don't need to sign anyone. Waste of money.

    ^ that's a bunch of bollocks.

Cool. Hardly seem to be acting like a club that's learned its lesson and is trying to cut down on expenses, but hey ho. I don't follow Forest for the accounts!

As an aside, why on earth is the loan window open so late in the season? May as well have transfers all year round at this rate.

Good signing. Patterson has been poor whenever he's played much of this season. We need a back up winger for Antonio & Burke. More sensible stuff from our manager.

I would say it is possible that he is faster than Antonio - the 2 of them in the team running at players will frighten the life out of defenders

Dougie rates him highly judging by his interview on FP. Three other clubs wanted him and the reason he came he wasn't due to the finance.

    Default Barrow on loan

Im not sure he will be able to fill the chasm that multiple MOM award winning Tom Ince left. But I'm sure he will do his best.

Great post-he sounds perfect for us. Dougie knows him, he's rapid, take bit of pressure off antanio n Burke. Does anyone know about the work permit- will he be available for sat?

He played for Swansea last month, didn't he? Why would he need international clearance?

Don't they sometimes count Wales as international?

If I was a defender, I would hate to be mauled by Antonio for 60-odd minutes, then have to defend against this sprinter for the rest of the match after he comes on. Or vice verse. Good signing.
