Default Freedman's First Team Prediction Game

Get your guesses in here - closest (or first posted correctly) wins.

Will he spring a suprise and lob in a youth teamer? Who plays left back? 4-3-3 or two up top?

    4-3-3

De Vries (He'll play it safe with experience)

    Lichaj
    Hobbs
    Wilson
    Fox

    Lansbury
    Teche
    Osborn

    Fryatt
    Assombalonga
    Antonio

    This.

I do wish Mancienne was fit though. Would have him in instead of Fox. I'm actually more desperate for his return than Reidy's.

    I'll go with:

    Darlow

    Kane
    Hobbs
    Wilson
    Fox

    Gardner
    Lansbury
    Osborn

    Paterson
    Assombalonga
    Antonio

(Assuming Gardner can play - I take it he was just left out vs Milwall?)

Hopefully we can just limit the damage until the summer when the legend returns

    I think he'll go 4-5-1

I also think we will see Vaughan start.

Be interesting to see if Pato will take the fresh opportunity.

Just to mix it up. I'll go with 4-5-1. Wingers bombing down either side to stretch their midfield. And for crying out loud I'd love to see Assombalonga running behind defenders to pick up thru-balls instead of having his back to defenders to hold the ball up. Unless it's been so long since he's done that he's forgotten how.

    De Vries

    Lichaj
    Wilson
    Hobbs
    Lascelles/Mancienne (if fit)

    Burke
    Osborn
    Lansbury
    Tesche
    Antonio

    Assombalonga

Kane Hobbs/manc (if fit) Wilson(c) fox

    Antonio Gardner Lansbury tesche osbourne

    Antonio

That team should have pace on the wings, strength in the middle and a solid cb pairing. I chose Wilson as captain after watching the last few games and I've realised that he is the main leader on the pitch constantly barking instructions out. When Hobbs has the armband he seems to go quiet. I think Patterson needs to prove him self by coming off the bench as he has had numerous chances this season and not done anything and Antonio and Osborne deffinately deserve the places

I didn't know we'd advanced cloning that far.

Basic and straightforward hopefully a bit of an attacking intent.

I hold the faith because I think something alone these lines is our winning formula!
