I'm actually choking up hearing this.

Shocked. Seemed like such a lovely guy and played a massive part in us getting out of that league below we were stuck in for ages.

Eternally grateful, you'll never be forgotten.

Terrible news. He was a good player for Forest and always seemed to play with a smile on his face.

    RIP Junior.

Really sad, RIP Junior. Going to the City Ground as a 16 year old was one of the best parts of my life, and you were a part of that.

Surely deserves to be in the Ex-Players sub?

He was absolutely brilliant in that first half of the season before he went to the AfCON. Him and Commons were genuinely exciting to watch - they had that individual ability to turn a 50/50 game in our favour. I was so happy for him when he got his call up for the Black Stars; a shame that the experience spelled the end of his time with us.

    This is gutting.

I was about 12 when I started going to Forest in 2006. I just started to get into football a year later and Agogo was a massive part of it. He was my favourite player when I was growing up, I had an Agogo shirt (wish I could fucking find it). I used to love him, when I was playing football I used to scream "Agogoooo" when I shot and whatever else. He was always really approachable and friendly outside the ground with me and my Dad.

I remember during the 2008 Cup of Nations, he was the first Forest player I had seen play international football and I loved it. I used to rush home from school and watch it live on the red button, and he beasted that tournament. He was bullying Premier League players and scored some massive goals in their run. He made me proud to say I was a Forest fan at that time and hear him (and us) mentioned on international Sports outlets.

    RIP Junior.

    Default Junior Agogo

Forest having matches postponed due to „International Commitments“ because we had Junior Agogo at the ACoN!

Very sad to hear. A cracking striker who played with enthusiasm and a smile on his face.

    RIP big man.

He played and scored during a pretty dark time for the club and his goals and smile helped make it a bit more bearable.

    Really sad news.

Sad news. A key player in that side that dragged us out of the League One abyss and seemed like a nice bloke too. RIP Junior.

Life can be really shit at times.

We all should try to live it to the maximum everyday, with a smile on our faces, rather than a scowl.

    Really sad news.

Another good guy taken far too early.

    RIP Junior.
