£15m is pushing it as it is.

I get the arguments about not selling key players, but key players like Ribeiro, Silva, Sow were brought in for £1m or less, and we have a first team right back in Jenkinson who's ready to step in. Arguably it's a step down from Cash, but Jenkinson is a decent player at this level.

£15m up front would give us some serious manoeuvre room in the transfer market for the next couple of windows too.

It's a tough one for the club, I can see it both ways. But I'm not sure we're going to get the £15m being banded about anyway. Not from Milan anyway. Maybe West Ham or Southampton would.

Awaiting "he's not been in the right frame of mind" for at least one of the next two games.

He has a price. Forest dont need to sell, but that's no reason to stop a guy from talking about his future..

If 15 million has been discussed thats pretty good money...but as we all know his value has no limits considering his performances, Forest should talk to Milan, I honestly dont think theres any amount of money that would persuade Forest at the moment but come May we know a lot cleare.
Bit of a step up from us to AC milan though...jeeez. I believe the rumours though

15 million is nothing these days. Look at the 13 million we spent on Carvalho.

Also Cash will play tonight and Brentford no doubt. There’s been one article that AC Milan have made a enquiry..not as if multiple bids have been made and his head has been turned.

We keep playing Cash until (if) he goes.

It's only bit part players that you keep wrapped up if you're planning to sell, much like Newcastle didn't do with Gayle.

I don't see a better opportunity to go up than this, to that end, everything we've got needs piling into this push. Selling Cash loses you a fundamental part of the back line, you lose the Cash/Lolley right sided arrangement thats contributing & you risk upsetting the dressing room. Its pretty much guaranteed to weaken us.

Cash is one of the few players who looks like his value will continue to rise for the forseeable.

Calabria has an ankle strain but Conte is fit and I'm not sure anyone needs three first team right backs.

    It's the January window.
Every player commands a higher price as the club trying to sign him is desperate to secure the player.
Well, that is the thinking when we talk about forest being quoted daft prices for players we want.
Therefor I think if £20m were on the table, then it should be considered.
If not, then we shouldn't even think about selling.
Cash is a key part of our promotion push!
And if we go up he'll have Premiership football without having to move away.

Maybe he was referring to Emily Pidgeon?

    Or Walter?

The other side of that coin is if he plays crap, the interest in him will diminish. Whereas if he stays and continues to play well, his stock will rise and there will be better offers on the table in the summer if we don't go up.

15m for another academy product shows you just how well our youth system works, I’d imagine Worrall would have a similar price tag. Great work lads

West Ham reportedly willing to offer £12m but we want closer to £18m.

Significantly above our record fee received.

If there's any truth that West Ham will offer £12m and we're holding out for £18m then it's only a matter of time before the bids accepted. £15m + £3m if West Ham stay up would probably be enough for us.

Down to Matty whether he wants the move. If it were me I'd take it.

Why would they do that deal? If they stay up? Why would we risk losing out on 3 million?

Can write the season off if Feb 1st Cash isn't playing here

Only down to Matty if we accept a bid, which we would be utterly moronic to do at this stage of the season.
