Chance has it that Lincoln and Forest home fixtures alternate pretty much most of the season. Considering getting a second ST and doing both but I dunno if I CBA with the hassle
On his day he's great at that level, could fit well at Lincoln, especially with a support striker.

Him and Rhead will be dangerous. Especially if they both fit form

I nearly asked if Rhead is still there. That should work great.

I'd forgotten that Lincoln had got promoted.

Thought to myself Chesterfield v Lincoln would be a good local derby next season, I ought to make a note of that.

Fuck me its on the same day we play Derby.

There's some cracking fixtures in that league next season.

If we hadn't got rid of Fawaz and the gloom remained I could of seen myself being at the Mill a bit more regular.

Be interesting to see what mischief Port Vale get up to, given 95% of their fan base appears to be deranged with no concept of CCTV or fear of the consequences.

    Amazing isn't it!

Lincoln, Notts, Mansfield and Chesterfield all in the same division. That's 8 derbies I could potentially see without driving more than an hour from my house.

Also, Lincoln have just announced plans for their new 12000 seat stadium, being built as part of a new 3200 house development between tritton road and the A46. Very exciting as it might lower the ridiculous house prices in this city, but sad as I really like Sincil Bank as a matchday.

Lincoln do need a new ground tho, as they've practically sold the current place out with season tickets

    Another ground gone then

Tritton Rd is even further out from the town isn't it?

Yeah it's a shame but they have the same problem the WFCG does in that it's surrounded by housing. They can't build up cos of the right to light for the residents.

A shame, but the development itself will be very good for Lincoln.

Went to see Lincoln/Peteborough on Saturday as I couldn't get tickets for stags. Lincoln signed some decent players, particularly Michael Bostwick from P'boro, but still looked very nervous defensively and they're quite a way into their pre-season.

P'boro played Junior Morias looks like Britt #2 for my money. Small, powerful poacher with a great eye for a pass - will be watching his career with some interest. Marcus Maddison also looked very good.

Sky Jeff gave an interesting fact about Coventry City, they haven't finished in a top 6 position in any league for 47 years.

I suppose we should be grateful for small mercies.
On my walk this morning in deepest Suffolk a chap walking his dog stopped me and remarked that you don't see many Forest shirts in this part of the world. We got talking and I was bemoaning our recent troubles and he said you should worry. I support Colchester and we lost yesterday at Accrington!!

They might change that this season, I listened to their game yesterday and they demolished County.

That is the most depressing fact I have heard! What a miserable time for anybody under 50!

Weird place. There's nothing that stands out architecturally, but apparently the Luftwaffe flattened it in WWII and whoever designed the rebuild must have loathed the place. Horrible accent as well...
Not got much going for it at all has it, poor bastards
