    Default Jack Butland

Surely only if Darlow was to be sold?

Bias maybe, but i rate Darlow a lot higher than Butland.

Pearce might want him as competition for Darlow. Don't think he rates de vries and he's not worried about having too many good players. You can never have enough

I don't rate de vries, he was at fault for two goals against Sheffield united

De Vries is just fine as a back up keeper, he was good enough to get promoted with swansea, i imagine we enquired to give us options in case we received a crazy offer for Darlow

Evtimov is good enough to be a back up keeper now. De Vries is about as intimidating as a lollipop lady.

Clear bias. Butland is very good, Darlow is a little over-rated.

Darlow is a good keeper and will be a very good keeper, but Butland is an exceptional prospect.

I don't want to lose Darlow, but if we did and then replaced him with Butland, I'd have precisely no complaints.

I don't think butland would drop down so shortly after stepping up.

Butland is much better than carol

The thing is Butland hasn't really stepped up! He isn't likely to be first choice at Stoke anytime soon and spent time out on loan at Barnsley last season, so if it came down to it, he may fancy coming to Forest.

Alternatively, I may be utterly deluded!

    Can't see this at all...

maybe just make a loan offer, to piss Leeds off! i.e. make them have to pay a "higher" loan fee or wages if they have a keen interest in him...
