Can't argue with that for thirty quid.

Think the live stuff needs to stay free to people for now. For the greater good.
Franco, yet again I will explain to you that the sky sports subscription has been paused, it doesn't cost anything until live sport returns

In their position, not going up, not going down, I'd feel the same way. It's a chance to get your best players injured or ill with no chance of benefit to the club.

I can definitely see those mid-table teams with nowt to play for that often fall away at the end of the season doing so even more this season. Will be very hard for some of those players to be motivated to give it their best.

„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

I thought that, in WBA he couldnt support a football club more associated with Black players in England if he tried.

Exactly Eddie. Those of us old enough and lucky enough to see the „Three Degrees“ will know how good they were.

Cyrille Regis in particular was brilliant and a player I much enjoyed watching, alongside Laurie Cunningham who was the first Englishman good enough to play for Real Madrid.

Still wankers for knocking us out the cup in 78

I walked past Craven Cottage the other day - one of the stands is currently in rubble and being rebuilt.

One day TV subscribers and rich gambling owners will turn their backs on the game, what then?

Back to the old days of spending what you earned (comparatively to now), developing your own players and keeping them rather than selling them to become bench fodder, and greater engagement with local communities (as non-league clubs have to do). The clubs at the very top will manage ok, the clubs at the very bottom won't see much difference, the clubs in the middle who are overspending chasing the dream need to wake up and become more sustainable financially. That includes us.
