Default Lady bay bridge - post millwall game

If anyone saw the incident where a male forest fan in his 40s damaged a car in traffic on lady bay bridge after the millwall game, could they pm me or contact the police.

    Thank you

    Pretty much that.

Some bloke laid into my mrs car, after she suggested he might use the pavement.
I'm as realistic as the next person, and understand that there might be a need to use the road after games, but I think the reaction was well overboard and as such has damaged a brand new car, bought only a few weeks ago.

Needless to say, he also scared the crap out of my wife. Hopefully his path won't cross mine....

Get the police involved. Get your mrs to stand on the bridge and identify him tomorrow.

I believe Nottm City Council operate a cctv camera at the junction of Meadow Lane/lady Bay Bridge. Might be worth asking the cops if the footage can be reviewed?

Was it simon cox? You'll know by the little impression he'll have made on the car.

But if it was the LEFT side of the car, at the BACK...

By "relegation battle", do you mean 7th, 12th or 14th?

Cox would have been flagged offside before he even got to the steps.

I've got to drive over there tomorrow and to take precautions I've painted a large cross on my car safe in the knowledge that Simon cox will not attack a cross.

Some idiot chuck a yellow cone over trent bridge as me and my kids were walking towards it, must have missed my daughter by less than 1 ft....

too close for comfort. Everybody was frustrated, but whoever did that could have caused some serious damage.

If you're driving in and around the ground after a game you should expect people to spill over on to the roads. Slow down a little rather than yawping at them and they'll leave you alone.

Of course, but the car was stationary and the reaction was completely unwarranted.

Thanks to everyone with their help so far.

Bad luck, no need for that behaviour.

However, you can't tell a pedestrian where to walk. Many years ago, when they introduced the first pedestrian crossings, the red and green lights said "Cross" and "don't cross". Shortly afterwards, there was a legal challenge and the signs were changed. It seems you can't tell a pedestrian where to walk and where not to walk.

If the car was stationary it might well have been Cox that kicked it.
Had it been there for a while?

Whether it was moving or not I'm sure Cox was allowed more opportunities to kick it than Abdoun will ever get.

That means Abdoun would have had to put some effort in though, an act which seems far beyond his capabilities.

Maybe not but that doesn't justify the reaction.

You are fighting a losing battle round there at that time though.

Did he kick it on the off-side?
