Default Immediate 7,000 drop in attendance

Cruising along, 26-27,000 fans getting behind Billy's boys every home game for the past few months.

Sadly, just scraped over 20,000 attendance for Psycho's first game today

Have we written off this season as a dead-loss, then will come back to the CG "all guns blazing" in August after a good pre-season and some new Summer additions to the squad?

Why should we be expected to pay when the players don't play?
Fawaz needs to up the honesty and should announce all games now are free entry.
This current crop of players are by and large no better than League or lower.

If only attendances measured success, eh?

''Don't worry, gaffer. You may have lost the last twenty games in a row, but there's been more witnesses than there was for the last guy, so you'll be fine.''

I was off today, but wasn't going to pay £28 the way we've been playing.

I must have missed Pearce taking over for this game.

Nothing to do with the Grand National being on today then?

Yeah, the 27,000 was a kids for a quid match.

    previous home league games 23,000, 24,000, 21,000, 18,000, 22,000 so some way off this 26-27,000 you've imagined.

Pearce was in the stands, even if not behind the bench... the players knew that and should have been playing out of their skins to impress their new boss. Unfortunately it was another limp willy performance.

Good, he can see which ones are only here for the ride and then fuck them off close season.

Another nerd with too much time on his hands... I never let facts get in the way of a good argument.

The players (with a few exceptions), have lost the fans backing, don't you think?

You should let them get in the way of a bad one though.

The price is even more expensive for the next three games also. £28 for Sheffield and Birmingham then £32 for Brighton. Rip off.

I reckon I can save 300 quid by missing the remaining games - putting towards my Skeggy trip in July, yeah baby.

    Fair enough.

I actually agree with you - we have too many players here that are in their comfort zone happy picking up their wages. Even with injuries we should have been too good for Millwall and Charlton. I hope Psycho swings a big fucking axe in the summer and fucks them off.

No question DSC - get rid of the dead-weight, that's been our downfall this season - no quality to bring in when someone gets injured.

Thanks for the apology, and i'm sorry if my "stats nerd" comment stung. Are you a White House intern?

I live in London. My car drinks petrol like George Best put back booze.

I am not paying £35 in fuel and £28 to get in and watch a load of shite where the players blatantly are not performing. Mention nothing of parking / food / etc... I don't get much change out of £100 to watch Forest.

Would rather hit London, meet a hot girl for a decent meal and a few drinks and see what happens next...

My son is home from uni for the Easter break and I am thinking of treating him with a trip to the birmingham match. £56 for what is essentially a friendly is a bit of a pill to swallow though.
