    Good news.

He's done brilliantly as reserve team manager and brilliantly as stand in first team manager.

Davies is no fool, he can see the good job Pemberton has done and the influence on the players.

Great news look at the young players that have come through from the youth academy and played for the reserves now playing in the first team.

    Good to hear.
Has done mass amounts at improving the reserve squad and bringing in the youth.
And as stand in manager, he's done a very good job.

Thank you to John Pemberton for his contribution to the last two successful results and pleased to hear that his appointment as Reserve Manager is sustained.

Does anyone else think he holds a likeness to Chris Cohen?

'Intelligence without ambition is a bird without wings' - Salvador Dali 1904-1989

I think 'odd' is a good thing. Oddness shows originality, uniqueness and a desire to be different from the masses. Oddness is, maybe, only deemed 'odd' by the majority who are considered less odd but only by their own blinkered observations and understanding. Oddness should never be criticised but be encouraged to nurture, develop individualism and to explore the mind rather than conform to expectation and 'normality'. Many of the world's greatest works of art and prose were born from those minds many considered to be 'odd'.

I was hoping and praying he was going to be kept on.

Davies would be a fool to get rid of him after the job he has done with the reserves over the past couple of years.

I still think he should of been given a few more games in charge just to steady the ship a little, he's got us playing decent football, had the right formation that suits us and is the common sense we have been crying out for!

Why don't you fuck off with your views on Davies. It's pathetic to judge someone like you are doing. It seems nearly all of your posts are criticising a man who has done nothing wrong. If it's some strange attempt at trying to be funny, you are no Anatoli.

He also said on 5 Live that he would want a top job one day so who knows how long we'll keep him.

But he was wry in his comments when he said his next game is Wednesday away at Lincoln.
A good bloke to keep hold of Mr D.

His record as Forest manager is the best in history.

Two away games. 100% wins. Scored 8.
