    Cantona should be sectioned.

Anyone hear that nonsense he spoke picking up his award at the draw ceremony?

    Bayern and Spurs for Oly.

    Ouch.

It only takes a second to score a goal.

Could be worse, As I said, the crucial factor for us is the "weak" opponent from pot 4. We've got Red Star Belgrade, who have a very cunning manager but are certainly not an opponent one trembles before.

Europa League is feasible. And I don't trust the Spurs in Europe.

The gap between the mega-rich clubs that dominate the CL and normal European clubs is huge.
To give you an idea of the gap, if one uses the value of squads in Transfermarkt for comparison, the most expensive one (Manchester City) is worth 32,5 times more than the cheapest squad, that of Slavia Prague. Between the 19th and the 20th clubs (Benfica and Atalanta), there's a gap of 75m, which is what we're worth. We're the 29th poorest club in 32.

This is not a fair game by any standard. There will occasionally be a Cinderella, but the big bad wolf usually wins.

Might as well have done the draw for the next three years while they were there.

Any idea the approximate value of Ajax last season (I’m too lazy to look myself).

Atalanta are playing their games at the San Siro as they're ground is a crumbling heap.

Might pop along to catch Shakhtar as them vs Martin O'neil's Celtic was the last CL game I went to.

Isn't Financial Fair Play a splendid thing for equalising finances

    Trebles all round

By "relegation battle", do you mean 7th, 12th or 14th?
