I have it on better authority that we are wasting our time talking to Hull as Danny Graham belongs to Sunderland.

A loan seems a decent option. Good for FFP. There are other better options which would be more expensive or unlikely to come to us (that's not saying Graham will necessarily come here).
Lot of negativity about him on here but Graham would be a decent option for the championship. Before his current drought he looked pretty good for Swansea. Has some decent qualities. Hopefully he can regain some confidence and bag a few.

Graham is a proven goalscorer, at this level. So what if he can't cut it in the Premier league. We don't play there (yet).

But as there is the option to recall season long loans as we've found out this month re. Hobbs, maybe we would be dealing with Sunderland direct to take Graham off their hands.

Looks like Boro are doing what Bolton did last season, sneaking under the radar.

@SportsAgentJHC: @SeatPitch @MailSport this is the one I've been waiting for! Very likely me thinks.

@IanEdwards46: @SportsAgentJHC @SeatPitch @MailSport very sensible deal if they can sort it

Can play up front on his own and score. Hope this happens.

The right sort of player for our system.
SoD tried to get him in on loan didn't he?

It only takes a second to score a goal.

This could be a very good signing if it happens. Good record at this level, not the busiest of strikers but knows how to take a chance when presented with one.

If he comes in and presumably replaces Cox in the starting eleven then the midfied will have to make up for his workrate which would be another good reason to keep Paterson in the side.

Seen some turning their nose up! As good as we are going to get without shelling out 5m+ on a ready made, ready to go player willing to gamble his future by joining a rival championship club, we tried that approach in the summer only to get pipped anyway.

Graham was Watford's top-scorer in both of his seasons at Vicarage Road, as well as Watford F.C. Player of the Season and the Championship's overall top scorer in 2010–11. In July 2011, Graham transferred to newly promoted Premier League team Swansea City for £3.5 million, where in his first season he was their top goalscorer with 12 league goals. He made a £5 million move to Sunderland in January 2013.
