This would be a proper signing.

Sign him up to make his debut for us in the Leeds match and watch the away end explode when he Maradonnas home the winner in injury time.

I would have him score the goal and grab Bryns foam hand to wave at the Leeds fans, Now that would be brilliant.

Wasn't Pearce after him back then? Or Warbs?

No idea, but I'd guess Warbs simply seeing as he's gone to him at QPR.

Maybe we shouldn't have wrote off that list of targets as "unambitious" after all

Never really been able to gather the form he had in that partnership with James Hanson when the pair of them dragged Bradford out L2.

But this would be a good signing imho. Will score the goals we need.

the force is strong in this one: "It has been fantastic so far but what you can and must do next will be amazing for the rest of your lives."

Nixon's just Tweeted that he's getting recalled and as Otis said there's going to be an auction.

I really can't see this happening. There will be too much competition from parachute clubs to make it realistic to us.

Impressive some time ago, but has seemed a bit in and out in recent seasons. I'm sure we can do better.

Didn't realise he was from Bermuda. Was there when they had a special tournament for Clyde Best between Southampton, West Ham and Coventry; well, actually only went to the cocktail party to start the affair. Smashing night.

It doesn't make any difference what striker we have if the supply line isn't there. He would be good to have if Grabban breaks or needs a rest though.

He has started playing regularly for his country in the last year or so. 6 goals in 9 games in 2019 for Bermuda including strikes against respectable international sides like Mexico, Costa Rica and Panama.

Never going to happen though, is it?

He's scored 13 league goals this season, so won't fancy sitting on the bench for Grabban, who's scored 16 goals this season and won't fancy sitting on the bench for Wells.

Unless we change our formation, which would be a gamble this far into the season, two into one doesn't work.

The way we play would not suit him,he thrives from knock downs in the box

Burnley are triggering the extra year of his contract, so he's not just got 6 months left. For me, he's one of those overrated championship players like Adomah. Everyone raves about them but they've never been that convincing. For a backup he'd be great, but I can't see him wanting to go to a club as a backup option.

EDIT: Actually, fuck it. He's in form in the here and now. Let's get him, score 6 a game and party our way to the Premier League.

Not quite sure what I'm hearing on here...You've got folk saying we're way off because we have no options off bench, then folk saying someone like Wells won't come here to sit on said bench.

Forest are every bit as big as WBA and Leeds, who 'apparently' have striking options for days.

Wells and others will jump at the chance to come here. It's obvious Forest aren't playing games anymore. The story is being told

Gerr it into your heads lads, we are no longer in mourning for Mr Clough. Success is coming.

Experienced striker who consistently scores goals in the Championship and has much more to his game than finishing.
