I can't stop watching it. Most affection I've felt for Stags in years. I just keep thinking of Miami Vice......

This really is putting Mansfield on the map at last

You don’t need to be on Twitter to see her @carolynradford page.

There’s some belting replies to that Tweet

„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

Caroly Radford certainly has an innovative idea of what a CEO's expected social media presence should be:

It’s looking that way, with the squad they have results should be a lot better, I can see Mrs Radford pulling the Trigger soon.

I agree. But you know, owners will be owners.

Not been to see them this season up to yet so can’t comment any further.

The only positive for Stags right now is that now only one club goes down this year. It's been a pretty bad start to the season for them. Only 9 points from 9 games.

Think the bigger one was replacing him with a youth coach.

Spot on. At the time I thought they were crazy to do this just couldn't understand it from owners who have made a lot of good decisions in the past.

I fell in love with football as I was later to fall in love with women,. Suddenly, uncritically giving no thought to the pain it could bring. - Nick Hornby

They haven't kicked on from last seasons "success".

But they certainly improving on their infrastructure and fair play on trying to promote youth for their academy which we seem to have a relationship with.

In December, Mansfield Town will host trials for young players wishing to take part in the club's Elite Football Development Programme, based at Brooksby Melton College.

The course, which begins in September 2020, will mark the start of the next chapter in the Mansfield Town and Brooksby Melton College partnership.

Former Leicester City striker and England Youth international Tommy Wright will be tasked with leading the programme, which follows on from the success of the Football Education programme.

It was coming. No win in six with their budget and reflecting on last season isn’t acceptable.

I still haven’t been down to watch them this season, it sounds like it’s been a bit toxic and my Stags mate has stopped going.
