    Default Boxing Day Donny Shenanigans

So....I need something to look forward to.

What are everyone's plans for Friday? Where is the pre-match watering hole? I might have to break away from the TBI for this one since it's Christmas.

Not sure of my plans yet but is anyone planning on staying out for a couple after the game?

I might even bring my mum's gloves as a late birthday present for Andy.

I won't be there before the game, but I'll be coming out for a few drinks after the match probably.

I hope to see you there.

Myself and Mark had a brief chat earlier, he should be getting to WB about 10 so we're thinking of meeting up about 11.

Possibly starting at The Globe to wish a couple of people I know a Merry Christmas then over the bridge to take in a couple more bars and meet the rest of the guys.

Obviously staying out after the match is a banker too. My family are going to a house party in Bingham so got no reason to rush home

I will be attending the pre-match festivities, then will be staying out post-match for a few.

    I'm sick of it

Yay sounds like a plan to me! I'll probably join you about 1pm so will find out where you are.

We're having Boxing Day on 27th so I also have no reason to rush home, although I'm guessing that trains back to Loughborough are abit crap on Boxing Day.

Pah I'll worry about that at the time. Merry Christmas one and all - see you tomorrow!

In a spur of desparation to get away from festive activities, I might head up for this one.

Probably drive up and back same day though.

Trains don't normally run boxing day. Buses either! (national express coaches run but NCT dont)

Just checked Liz and this is your only option if your getting public transport

    Nottingham 19:40 Loughborough 21:15 (1hr 35min) [30 min wait (Leicester)]

No Trent buses or Trains are running Boxing day, I think you might be struggling a little

I'll be at the match, but probably won't have time for pre or post match drinks as I'm on the disco bus from Grantham.

If so I will come out early.

I have opted to cancel any plans I had for staying out after the boxing day match.

Highly unlikely I am afraid, as I will have my brother with me.

I may pop by Amici, if people are there.

Southbank sucks ass, so I refuse to go there.

As this is my Dad's annual Forest match I shall be forced to go into whichever pub he wants to and be forced to buy him drinks. Hopefully his choice will be Amici.

I'll be in Amici before the game, probably about 1.30, 2.00, don't think I'll be out after though.

It's now looking increasingly likely I'll be joining you lovely folk. I have a full tank of petrol and little or no desire to sit around the house tomorrow.

Blimey, you're keen. Still 19+ hours left until kick--off!

    Don't forget the paddle!

'Intelligence without ambition is a bird without wings' - Salvador Dali 1904-1989

I think 'odd' is a good thing. Oddness shows originality, uniqueness and a desire to be different from the masses. Oddness is, maybe, only deemed 'odd' by the majority who are considered less odd but only by their own blinkered observations and understanding. Oddness should never be criticised but be encouraged to nurture, develop individualism and to explore the mind rather than conform to expectation and 'normality'. Many of the world's greatest works of art and prose were born from those minds many considered to be 'odd'.

When I think about it, Forest have been ruining my life for years. My life would have been really good had it not been for Forest. Supporting Forest has destroyed me.

Fuck off Forest, you stupid lousy football team.

From now on I support erm...

    You fucking bastard Reds
