Default Nottingham Forest v. QPR - Kick Off Time

I know it's months away but because of TV coverage we're kicking off at 7.30pm (according to the official site) on Boxing Day. This is breaking with tradition as far as I'm concerned.

    Are we indeed?

Well thanks a fucking bunch Sky, you wankers. Rearrange a game on the one day of the year when there is little or no public transport.

The day BT Sport takes over everything can't come soon enough.

I imagine that there will be a large number of ST holders unable to get home at this hour. Poor.

There must be someone on the board who can give you a lift Rav. Luckily for me my last bus is usually 10pm on holidays

If it's anything like last Boxing Day, good old Nottingham City Transport put on only a skeleton service, and Trent Barton nothing at all.

Said service didn't include anything to or from Ruddington though, it was mainly buses in the city.

It does annoy me that we are forced to play fixtures at these stupid kickoff times when they must know there is no public transport.

    WANKERS.

This shows a total disregard for fans and families alike much as you would expect from Sky. Total disgrace.

That is fucking joke. Many of us will have work the next morning and has as been said very little transport on that day so there will be plenty of fans having to drive to the game and unable to drink. Aswell as very little parking. And I actually feel sorry for the qpr fans I bet they will bring less than 100 fans.

I honestly think we should boycott the game

Nice one Sky, I'm always stuck at a family Boxing Day meal at 3 in the afternoon so this is pretty good news.

Boxing games aren't traditional anyway. Traditionally they used to play on Christmas Day.

It doesn't affect me as I live in the City Centre, but that's rubbish for people who rely on buses to get home. I much preferred the 3pm kick-off as I usually go home for Christmas and there's lots of family round who can also go to the match before they go home, now they can't.

As I live in Ruddington my options are get the bus or drive.

No buses means I will have no alternative but to drive. Bit shit really.

I'd have been driving regardless, but it's a faff by effectively taking over the whole evening.
