    Default Derby Tickets Update

Bored at work thought I'd see how the tickets were selling and there's only 2080 left as of 15:00ish. Breakdown of tickets left:

    Main Stand SOLD OUT
    Trent End 73
    BC Upper 1189
    BC Lower 180
    Bridgford Upper 9
    Bridgford Lower 629

With only T block to go on sale (approx 800) we should easily sell out which vindicates the club for selling more tickets to Forest fans who want to go.

Yep, on the tellybox too which make it even more impressive. First match in a full Bridgford Lower, can't wait.

Isn't T block closed off for segregation?

T Block have traditionally been the last tickets to be made available should demand suffice. Pretty sure these went on sale for the Leicester game last season but I stand to be corrected.

I can't see why T-block would not be for sale - it has the metal railing running down which helps with segregation also.

Hope they do open T Block as Derby fans would get it from both sides then, nowhere to hide for the poor sheep.

Use to be a ST holder in T Block in the late 90s, there was a great atmosphere in there one that was starting to rival A Block, being right next to the aways fans the banter was great. Never saw any trouble as you had a line of stewards/police on the stairs. Then Eddie Curtis arrives as safety officer, decides there are too many undersirables in that block & bang a part of the Brian Clough stand that actually made an effort was wiped out overnight. Been kept empty aside the odd game ever since. Madness

Think they should open T block up this week because this is the area that a lot of people are probably hoping to get into (if they haven't already got their tickets).Hope they don't leave it too late.

    Annoys me too.
Liked it in T Block, it was good in there last time we were in the top flight, remember sitting a few feet away from the scousers. Great for banter.

As for this game, good to see we have already justified the change in allocation with over a week to go.

I imagine a win on Saturday will mean Forest sell the remaining tickets and open up T block. They have already opened up this week the final part of P block in the upper BC, which is usually not for sale unless the demand is there.

Sat 3 rows from the back and about a dozen seats from the away fans in the late 80's, fun days. The lads sat directly behind us always arrived about five past three usually accompanied by an officer who was on first name terms with most of them

    Good memories.
In the early 80's I remember West Ham getting escorted out of the Trent End along the edge of the pitch and Forest lads jumping out of the lower tier booting them up the arse.
I sat in there against Oldham last season in the Cup. It was awful for atmosphere and the old bitch female steward was more dedicated to intimidating a crowd than Paul Scarrot was.

Yes, Man Utd (Feb 1999) - 30,025 ... the only 30,000 plus gate since all seater ... I think with segregation, we can't quite get 30 k anymore, but with the new Bridgford arrangements, maybee things might be a little different, after all capacity is meant to be 30,602!

Will be less now as seats have been removed to accomadate the big screen in the lower Bridgford. Can't see us ever getting 30k+ until main stand is developed.

Really hope this sells out, with a week to go, a good win at Donny and the new signing, it should sell out. Not bad as its £32 a ticket and on Sky. If your still thinking about going, get there and cheer on the lads. We owe these bastards one

It won't look good if it doesn't quite sell out and that lot only got 2000 tickets. But in the words of Bill Davies - 'fuck em'!

Leicester last season was a complete sell out and the attendance was 28,646.

In fact the game sold out a week before the game so if we could have sold more we would have done.

I don't see that it matters whether this fully sells out or not. It's going to be very close which is the important thing. Derby's allocation, or any other team's, is irrelevent other than over a season more seats will be available to Forest fans and the LB is now not just away fans. Those are the two important factors , not what another club thinks about it.

Quite agree Ravi. It's our ground and if our boss wants to do this, that or the other, he's entitled.
