    Default Top 10 favourite films

I watched Django Unchained tonight so it has inspired me to think about my favourite all time films. In no particular order I'm going to go with:

    Django Unchained
    Platoon
    Apocolypse Now
One flew over the cuckoo's nest
    Raging Bull
    Goodfellas
    Departed
    Trainspotting
    Pulp Fiction
    Terminator 2

What's everyone else's top 10. In fairness there are a couple in there which could fall out of that list but that's my 10. Below is a link to the IMDb top 250 list.

Got to say, I totally loathed Django. the German chap and Di Caprio kept it watchable, but the film as a whole bored me rigid and I'd have it on my top 10 most hated films of all time without doubt.

    Brassed Off

    Not Another Teen Movie

    Weird Science

    St.Elmo's Fire

    The Man With 2 Brains

    Risky Business

    A Nightmare on Elm Street

    Mary Shelly's Frankenstien

    Star Wars

    The Matrix

Dare say it would change tomorrow after looking at the DVD collection. There's shit loads of mint films like Indiana Jones, Good Fellas, Shawshank, Arnie action flix etc. which I thrive on, but I'm just a sucker for feel-good teen films where groups of mates go on some form of adventure, usually on a hunt for fanny, drink and drugs.

Not Another Teen Movie is one of the most underrated films of all time IMO, for pure moral-free stupidity.

All of you lot (Kevin mainly) choosing a trilogy as one film are cheating.

    Star Wars Episode IV
    Stand By Me
    Casino
    Reservoir Dogs
Back to the Future Part 2.
    The Untouchables
    Shawshank Redemption
    Goodfellas
    Momento
    The Departed.

    The Terminator
    American Beauty
    City of God
    The Godfather
    The Shining
    The Exorcist
    Jaws
    Goodfellas
    The Departed

    I could easily add more.
