Well we all know he didn't train with the first team for the last 6 months of his contract..

He tried to force a transfer by refusing to play. He spent much the remainder of the season sitting on a beach in Jamaica when he was supposedly injured.

This is directly from the mouth of Mark Arthur.

    Yes please.

    Perfect partner for Hobbs.

If I'm perfectly honest, would rather have Wes.

Kelvin had decent pace so could always get himself out of trouble.

Not knocking the club for making a bid for a quality CB like Wison. A better partner for Hobbs IMO. But why oh why would he come back here?.

I recall us bagging a room full of trophies under a manager who always had players in the squad who couldn't stand him.

Wilson would be great. Surely it would be Wes or Wilson, not both, that would be insane.

What a signing this would be. Not getting my hopes up, but I cannot think of a better centre half we could realistically sign than Kelvin Wilson.

He's from Nottingham and has a lot of family and friends here. That surely has to be a consideration for anyone thinking of relocating for their job.

Wilson, Jara, Hobbs, Lansbury, Guedioura, Mackie, Cox etc. That's starting to look like a potential league winning team. We need to get these transfers DONE!

Top move if it comes off, but would he really come back and leave Celtic? Champions League, medals galore, 60,000 adoring fans....

He plays 50% of his games in front of 5,000 people. Those Champions League games against Barca must've been something else though. You never know, he might feel like he's been there and done that now.... it'll never get better than beating Barca

Would be an absolute wonder signing, would fill one of the biggest holes we have, a centre half who is geniunely comfortable in possession.

Really hope this one comes off... would be our best signing to date this summer IMO.
