    Default Squad Numbers.

Do you think Forest will be changing the squad numbers again this season?

Was thinking about it, seeing as we will have a new home shirt, i think they may change players numbers again, i also think Earnshaw will get #10

    Hi all

This is my first post on here so be nice

I think Lewis might get 8 or 11. Earnie will probably get 10. No other changes i don't think apart from that.

Bennett No 3 if Lockwood does go?

I thought Bennett was 29 for a reason?

Not sure of the reason, I just heard that he wanted to keep that number.

Welcome to the forum, by the way.

Yeah, Bennett will probably get 3, Lockwood's bound to go - unless we sign another left back of course; can see Lewis getting Commons' old number and Earnie getting the vacant 10 shirt (that was Dobie's, wasn't it?)

    And welcome

Lewis McGugan will be No. 7 and Perchy will move to 17.

Chambers and Wilson will swap numbers.

    Earnshaw will be 10/11.

    Thornhill may be 8.

Don't give Chambers 2, that will make him even more likely to play rightback

    Thanks for the welcome, all!

Holt is No 10 at the mo but I can't see him even getting a squad number next season. Dobie had 11 cuz him and Holt just swapped for some reason?

    Holt is/was 10, Hoskins took Dobie's 11.

So they'll be free next season, along with 3 and 8.

Perch moved from 17 to 7 at the begging of last season. I don't think they'll move him back.

I'm not really bothered as long as soeone takes #7 off Perch

#7 should be a winger or some form of attacking midfielder... Perchy, evidently is neither of these.

I think 'odd' is a good thing. Oddness shows originality, uniqueness and a desire to be different from the masses. Oddness is, maybe, only deemed 'odd' by the majority who are considered less odd but only by their own blinkered observations and understanding. Oddness should never be criticised but be encouraged to nurture, develop individualism and to explore the mind rather than conform to expectation and 'normality'. Many of the world's greatest works of art and prose were born from those minds many considered to be 'odd'.

If CC decides to move players about the formation half as much next season as he has done in the past then I believe that the squad numbers will too.

This season I believe that CC will...

Try Tyson in Defence, thereby having #2
    McGugan spearheading the attack, #9
and Earnshaw between the posts, #1

    :P

    Cheers matey!

I thought it was still up in the air with him stating he's always wanted to play for Southend?? But I also read he's had a couple of meetings with Garaint Williams, their manager and likes what he sees so we;ll just wait and see what the OS has to say.

New Signings I think will be

    Moussi #16
    Earnshaw #10
    Anderson #18
    Cole #11

    McGugan will take #8
McCleary will change, dunno what to though.
    Bennett #3

Perhaps Cohen or Davies having 7 off Perchy.
