It does make them a but more likeable, which I guess was the point of letting the cameras into the dressing room after the sandpaper scandal made them hated by their even own country for a bit.

The best thing about this is that Eddie Yates is subsidising this Sky Easter Watchalong. He's a gem.

On Sky now there is a re run of last years WC final with a live talk through by Jos Butler, Rob Key, Nasser & Athers

Probably right up Franco’s street but he’s too tight to pay for Sky so can’t watch it

If you’ve got Amazon prime I watched ‘Fire in Babylon’ about the rise of the West Indies in the 70s & 80s, well worth a watch at £4

Also watched on prime a 2 part drama about the Packer series, pretty good also

    Thanks.

Also, Ed. I can't see the 2nd 2005 Ashes test on the Sky Sports YouTube channel...if you could give them a call.

    Francois,

England’s second innings just under way with a first innings lead of 101, currently 20-0 with Trescothic & Strauss in the middle

I’ll keep you updated as you’re too tight to pay for Sky

I've had it in on TMS. Better than Sky anyway.

Fred Trueman was on this afternoon.

I thought this was the last series on terrestrial tv any how. Wasn't it on Channel Four? In which case, what are Sky showing?

Petty that in future we’ll probably have to listen to it on Talksport with their idiots screaming & shouting while discussing where to go on the piss that evening

It was on 4, Sky probably just had highlights

To be fair Sky’s cricket coverage is bang on, decent informative commentators & analysts who seem to get the balance right, total opposite of their dogs dinner football coverage

It's not a patch on TMS. I always turn the sound down.

    Default Cricket thread!

Test Match Special is frankly, peerless.

You would probably not appreciate the number of laws I’ve had to break, and the devious technical means I have employed, to facilitate my ability to listen to it in Germany (and yes, I do still pay for a U.K. „Television and Radio“ License. As well as its German equivalent, the Rundfunkbetrag).

But anyway, TMS > anything else, really.

„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“
