I would like to tell the cheating Aussies to get their stuff & fuck back to their convict colony but they need to hang around for another beating in the Ashes

He just has to walk off and take it. Especially when he's already done enough to win the game.

They know they get charged every time. And in fairness, it's probably for the best. Because the alternative would be umpires being given all the respect that referees get in a football match.

I was a bit worried when Warner hit Woakes for 4 off the first ball, we just bossed them after that though

He'd have to say something pretty shocking for the ICC to ban one of the best batsman of the tournament from their Lord's showpiece.

They look like they could set a challenging target when Smith and Carey were in. Then Carey chucked his wicket away.

Mind you, Carey batted well for bloke who had his chin cut open by a cricket ball travelling at 90mph+.

There’s usually a stand in every innings & with Smith playing sensibly to steady things we just had to patient

If Morgan leads England to it's greatest World Cup performance on Sunday, he'll be a kind of inverse Jack Charlton.

Hold on, its cricket, played by less than a dozen teams in the world competitively.

Lets not get ahead of ourselves, the cricket world cup is nothing like as hard as the football world cup.

Anyway, Charlton and his team mates actually won the bugger, so fat all that England have done is qualify for the final.

Can't argue with this. That's why Sir Mo is British greatest sportsman having dominated in a way nobody else ever has in a sport every country has a crack at.

Smashing the Aussies without Stokes or Buttler wielding the bat. Easy.

England have done an Italy in the football World Cup. Start unconvincingly, almost go out but win when backs are against the wall, then get better and better until the final.

Whatever happens on Sunday we will have new World Cup winners. Sepp Blatter did predict that by the middle of the 21st Century the World Cup would be won by a cricketing backwater. Prophetic words.

I have a Skype Meeting in Five minutes that includes several colleagues from APAC region and specifically, three from Melbourne in Australia.

    I‘m going to enjoy this.

I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

Mission accomplished; I’ve absolutely sledged the Australian colleagues in the manner of a Jofra bouncer.

    Have it!!

When I saw the thumbnail I thought it was Mark Nicholas doing a pitch report to the tune of Jerusalem. Can always hope.

The best thing about this WC is the non-cricketing folk suddenly taking an interest and trying to engage in meaningful conversation. Speaking to my neighbour over the fence last night (a la Tim Allen). He says he can't wait to see 'Jeffrey' Archer 'smash the Kiwis' on Sunday.

It'll ultimately be a hollow victory for either side in a final played in the knowledge that India are only not there on the technicality that they were beaten semi-finalists, and some matches have been played with a shorter boundary on one side.

I heard a bloke on a phone in saying that if England win it will be 'devalued' by them losing 3 qualifying games! No pleasing some people.

The Hundred: the team based in Leeds will be coached by Darren Lehmann, coach of Australia when they were sandpapering the ball (the cheating bastards).
