Lininghan is a classic poacher's goal. He's beaten everybody else to make sure it is his name on the scoresheet. And then he's not just prodded it over the line, he's found the top corner.

Brighton have donated tickets to the NHS workers when the season starts again.

Be nice if other clubs, particularly in the Prem who can afford it, do the same.

To be fair to them Liverpool discussed doing the same but when they went to the supporters groups with the idea they were met with blank expressions and the words 'Why do people need tickets?'

    That’s outrageous.

I’d like to see all EFL football players furloughed so that they can experience and appreciate how it feels to be earning £2,500 per month.

I think 'odd' is a good thing. Oddness shows originality, uniqueness and a desire to be different from the masses. Oddness is, maybe, only deemed 'odd' by the majority who are considered less odd but only by their own blinkered observations and understanding. Oddness should never be criticised but be encouraged to nurture, develop individualism and to explore the mind rather than conform to expectation and 'normality'. Many of the world's greatest works of art and prose were born from those minds many considered to be 'odd'.

If that’s true... what a bunch of greedy shitbags.

It’s not like any of them are short of money, and they would have been making a substantial good example had they done so.

Not really helped by the PFA, who are telling them not to accept wage cuts.

They're really turning me off football, see how their wages look when they've alienated every fucker.
