Yesterday, three days after Spuds tonked Man U at Old Trafford Sky Sports devoted a whole hour to discussing the Red Devils tactics.

Hardly a mention of Spurs, just pretentious Man Utd bollocks.

I'm surprised Liverpool have a girl in goal.

"It just flicked the outside of his head" observes Glenn Hoddle.

...as opposed to all those headers that come off the inside of the footballer's head.

Man U fans have paid for a plane trailing a banner expressing their general indignation at not winning enough trophies or spending enough millions.

Club should follow it with a banner pointing out they are only the 32nd set of fans to come up with the genius original idea. And that they'll never be inspired to win anything whilst followed by such dullards.

Is there a club more fitting of a pink shirt than Man Utd?

It can't be cheap. It was funny thirty years ago when Blackburn fans did it to Burnley after relegation. It's happened so many times in the last ten years that it barely even makes the TV. It isn't even the first time United have done it. They fundraise, raise a decent amount of cash and the cause they donate it is trying to make their wailing over a football team not spending 50 million quid on a centre half heard. Grow up a bit, guys and girls.

The message on the banner is an unoriginal rehashed classless insult their manager aimed at Arsene Wenger a few years ago.

Meanwhile their team is winning the game confortably thanks to two goals scored by a player who cost 90 million quid all in.

It'd be hard for them to makes themselves look any more pathetic.

Interesting read confirming what everyone attending a football game already knew.

West Ham complain g about feed paid to football agents.

Quite odd how they object now, yet used illegal ownership of a player by an agent, to retain their status in the Premier League a decade ago with Carlos Tevez.

And Javier Mascherano too, as part of the same deal.

    Hypocrites!

Massive hypocrisy from West 'Am. But their initial actions did relegate Sheffield United, so it's not all bad.

    Football is eating itself.

Is there anything West 'Am don't complain about? They just got a new stadium for a bag of beans, and were whinging last week about that. Fucking ungrateful fuckers.

I think the West Ham owners are pretty much the only people in the game that are even more unpopular than agents.

Watford trying emulate Frank Clark's Forest by having a great season in a bad kit...thus ensuring twenty five years of mixed emotions when watching back classic goals scored wearing weird black stripes.

So at what point do Cardiff accept Warnock is a guaranteed relegation in the Premier League and try somebody else? Or do they accept they are going down and keep him in for another promotion?

The way he has spoken since they went up is weired too. It’s like he’s treating it as a jolly up and just happy to be there. His way simply don’t work in the Prem.

As painful as it is to say they are gonna take some stopping. They are probably the only team Man City are scared of.

Man Utd becoming Manchester's second team was great. City were the perfect team to upsurp them, especially of the years piss taking from their United 'neighbours' from the stockbroker belt . And the two goals in injury time to take the title from United was genuinely one of the most brilliant things to happen in sport in my lifetime.

However, United have started to getting used to being City's little brother now, and have developed coping strategies. There needs to be a new challenge. The next funniest thing that can happen to them, is having to watch Liverpool win the league again. Or win three and take the title record off them, already having the better European record. So that'd be for the best.

Three in a row for anybody would be a bit much, but three over the next 7-8 years. Let Spurs and Arsenal have one. Push United into the regular Europa League spots. That would be OK, and seems not too unrealistic.
