Just watched it. Thought Wilder looked much better boxing (which isn’t that hard). He’s improving, his feet looked better and once he’d got his composure after being clipped there was only one way that fight was going.

Brezeale was a sitting duck for that Wilder right hand. More mismatches like that & Wilder may well get that "body" on his record.

Felt for Brezeale, almost got his head taken off then had to listen to Jim Gray suggest nobody wanted to watch Wilder/Brezeale anyway.

Time for the big three to fight it out amongst themselves.

Saw dave Coldwell tweet about the AJ - Wilder - Fury era and saying they need to forget the big '0' on their records and go for it to become legendary. They all need to get on with it now. AJ's next fight was a joke anyway, now it is an even bigger joke.

You can't say it to AJ fanboys, but him and Hearn want no part of it. They both know that Fury could well beat AJ on points and Wilder could knock him out, it is too much of a risk.

And while mugs keep paying the PPV to see him beat up bouncers, why would you take the risk?

Cherry picking fights. It's been that way for a while, now.

With so many boxing organisations/belts around now (WBA and IBF were only formed in the 80s), it's led to a precedent of boxers and their advisors choosing their own route to become a world champion. When they get there, if someone comes along as mandatory challenger who they don't want to face, they have the option to vacate the title like Riddick Bowe did when he put a belt in a bin rather than fight Lennox Lewis.

You don't always have the face the best like you had to before. That's part of the big problem in boxing. The marketing of PPV events from Sky Sports is another. Every fight from Joshua is a PPV event which is scandalous. It's all about Adam Smith, Eddie Hearn and Joshua making as much money as they can from it all. Putting it into perspective for real fight fans, last night I watched 2 better boxers for free on Sky Sports. Josh Taylor and Naoya Inoue.

Inoue is ridiculous, he is blowing away world class fighters like they are bin men, all whilst going through three weight divisions.

Kelly, as skillful as he is, at this level doesn't have the power to stop opponents walking forwards, and doesn't throw enough to not make the fight too close for comfort.

Something weird went off, he was 10 mins late out of his room, he was making weird motions with his jaw on the way in, was having a neck adjustment during the introductions before being asked if he was ok, was spitting his gumshield out from the beginning and said in the corner 'why do I feel like this'.

    It was strange.

The radio guys aren't happy with Joshua's reaction to the loss, or rather lack of it.

Honestly Ruiz wins that too IMO

Joshua is dreadfully stupid. He has visions of grandeur everytime he hurts someone and widely swings to get the finish.

All he had to do was box behind his jab, but no he has to get a nice Instagram photo of a knockout.

I could see that too. Given his reaction today he could stay down after a first knockdown if he is put down.

It's because all he knows and has is power. He has to overpower his opponent to win. As a boxer he has always left alot to be desired and that also goes for his boxing IQ too.
