Contribute LTLF sponsored Henri Lansbury during the 2012/13 season, and we would like to sponsor a player again next season. To do this we would like your help.

IF LTLF members can raise enough money required to secure the sponsorship of a players shirt for the 2013/14 season we will give away everything to do with the sponsorship as prizes to those that have contributed (prize draw to decide which members win the prizes)

    Default Kane Ferdinand?

    From Matchtalk:

@Matchtalk: Reports in Essex today saying Forest have made a verbal offer for Southend midfielder Kane Ferdinand #nffc

"I don't want to be rude but I could not have gone to Derby. It was impossible"
    Guy Moussi, July 2011.

In the land that calls my name, can't you see we're all to blame? Go on, hang your head in shame.

You can tell which one is the Essex Lion. It's the one with six earrings in each ear, a scraped back mane and with a triple push-chair.

Asked a good friend of mine who is a bit of a moany old git but has supported Southend for years (to his credit had a bit if a barney with Cotterill when he was in the stands watching somebody) and he said "he's a bit indifferent, plays in midfield. In the u18's at Centre half. I wouldn't be sad to see him go". Make of that what you will.

The Essex vs London debate goes on....

If we get this guy and Lansbury in, I can see Moussi and Greening going the other way.

But did you see the lion? It was twice the size of a house by all accounts.

I've liked him when I've watched him. Very versatile player, which SOD has said he loves. Can play RB/CB/RM/DM/CM/ST. Good squad player for us.

Moves Greening further away from the first team so suits me

Why not, greening could be Van Persie's replacement

If we were to sign him I'd play him at rb, having trouble there atm, unless Hutchinson can prove himself there.
