Default At last we have a Manager who

believes in keeping afew players upfield when we are defending a set piece!!!!

For fackin years we unnecessarly bring all the players back when conceding a corner of free kick leaving us with no attacking outlet if we regain the ball.
CC, BD, SM and SC all did this.
Now we have SOD we at least give ourself a damn chance to quickly counter-attack and I, for one, am very happy about this!!!

I would rather have 11 men defending a set piece than risk leaving players up field "just in case"

Fergie doesnt leave any players up field during a set piece.

I believe that is where Davies got his idea from.

....and he was wrong. With effective defenders and fast-breaking players, you can do this. By keeping two players up front, you force the opponents to keep at least three back which at least takes some pressure off and tends to unclutter the area. Better defenders now mean we shouldn't be forced to bring back strikers to do wes Morgan's and Luke Chambers jobs.

Who's forcing us to defend for Leicester and Ipswich?

Depends on who we play and what situation the game is at for me.
