    Default Mark Hughes

Quite frankly, he's a joke manager. Not a clue tactically.

Never more on display than today. QPR, at home, nil, Swansea 4.

Will be meeting up later on today with a mate who's a QPR supporter. I WILL let him know him how terrible his team was today. It looks like they just gave up in the second half. A poor effort. That being said, Swansea were great. Michu could the Premier League sleeper of the season.

As for Sparky, you've summed it up perfectly.

Like Swansea now they have a nice manager who was a class player. Don't like Rodgers.

Just seen it on motd. Swansea's counter attacking reminded me of how we used to play under Cloughie, especially their second.
Hope they do well this season.

The marking was abysmal for a couple of those goals. How 1 forward can play a pass and disect the entire defence and find his only team mate in acres of space is baffling. Why didn't one of the defenders just run alongside Dyer/Michu? Very strange.

Nasty player, a bit of a spiky character, nil loyalty yet expects loyalty back so hypocrite. Bit of a **** really. I actually don't think he is a bad manager. Has done pretty well most places he has been.

He took a fairly poor blackburn side to being top 8 for a couple of seasons didnt he? Don't think he is a bad manager, just not as good as what he seems to think he is.

Is that where he gets the reputaton as a good manager from?

    I can't remember anything else he's done.

Premiership is getting shitter, no one wants to watch teams constantly get battered, one sided matches are boring. There is hardly ever a one sided game in the championship. Sorry to go off topic but it was just something I had on my mind.

I disagree. There are fewer one sided games in the Premier League than a lot of other top level leagues in Europe. No, it is not as open as the Championship.

The one sided games from this weekend were largely unexpected.

Who knew Swansea, shorn of leading figures from last season such as Sigurdsson and Allen, would batter QPR at Loftus Road? Norwich getting an absolute hiding by Fulham was also tough to forecast.

The other one sided game from the weekend was West Brom beating Liverpool - and I think we all enjoyed that one.

Newly promoted Southampton gave champions Man City a real run for their money, too.

It's a great league to watch in my opinion.

I agree. The City match was five star entertainment. And as much as I hate United, they are fun to watch.
