Not sure what to think of that.
Looking at our squad now, I wish we'd never sold him!
"I don't want to be rude but I could not have gone to Derby. It was impossible"
Guy Moussi, July 2011.
I still think Wes is awesome, I'm not sure he's a leader though. If you know what I mean.
I always liked Wes, he worked hard and seemed fully dedicated to the team and to doing his job to the best of his ability. That being said, he definitely seemed to be lacking in the intelligence department. I'd take him back in a second, wish we had never sold him, but somehow he seems like he would be a worse captain than Chambers. And thats sayin something.
Also, how did the people of Leicester get the "bin dippers" nickname? Any specific incident behind it or is it just an insult for the sake of an insult? The American equivalent, if you'd like to sound worldly, is "dumpster diver".
Nickname comes from their Foxes sobriquet... urban foxes are particularly known for raiding bins etc.
Haha, thanks fellas. Word-a-day toilet paper paying off...
Congratulations to him. I'm not sure he'll be a great leader but I'm glad he's been entrusted with a captaincy as he deserves a shot at it. Model pro.
Every town has its ups and down
Sometime ups outnumber the downs
But not in Nottingham
The Glory of Forest - out now in some good book shops!
We may be stupid, slow and prone to electing whomever will deliver us the most free shit from the public coffers, but at least we're not overweight as a result of years of laziness and a diet consisting strictly of processed foods!
Disappointed to be the first to make the Captain Morgan reference (and to have thought of it so late myself).
Yarrr. Rum!
