They rang my dad the other day to collect his but hadn't rang me. I just went down to collect his and asked for mine at the same time. We applied together, got the letters back from Zebra on the same day so expected no problems. Took them about 10 minutes to find my ticket but not a massive issue. Might be worth ringing ahead saying your coming to collect it first though.

I've renewed but still contemplating relocating depending on which seats come free tomorrow.
That's what the lovely lady in the ticket office told me when I renewedOriginally Posted by elliottstanley
If you renew your original ST seat, once renewal deadline day has been reached, they usually give a couple of days where ST holders can go and exchange to another seat/part of the ground that has not been renewed/taken, then ST go onsale to the general public.
I know this for a fact as thats what i did last season when my mrs and twins renewed where they were the previous season in T5, then relocated to T3 on the row directly infront of me and my other son.
OK EDIT:
Seems they have changed their policy this season..
You can only change your seats when they go onsale to general public, (they used to give a couple of days to do this in previous seasons)
go here and look about half way down "Fancy Changing Your View"

Yh i think they changed it as they moved the dates back and probably were still expecting a lot less!
I did mine last week, just been waiting on the funds hense the wait!
For the benefit of the poster that just bumped this thread, casual lurkers and search engine wimps - I renewed my three seats soon after they were put on sale.

I'm going to buy my first season ticket tomorrow. Found an awesome seat just behind my mate that was free last season and regularly taken by me. I'm just hoping that no one has took it.
Me and my dad have renewed and yesterday moved our seats. One row forward and three seats to the left.
Just wanted to avoid the extremely rude arse who arrives 10 minutes in, leaves 10 minutes before half time and gets back 10 minutes into the second half before going with 5-10 mins to go. NEVER says Excuse Me and pushes his way past and if there's an attack on will stand in your way.
Made a point of staying sat down waiting for an excuse me on last game of the season and he still never said a word. Tosser.
I think me and my dad might have struggled to sit there again this season. Knowing our luck he'll probably have moved rows too!
I've now renewed, having moved from upper bridgford to trent end to sit with my brothers.
Both me and my mate renewed on Friday.
After sitting through the pile of tosh that was last season we thought it would be a bit foolish to miss out on the brave new world!!!!
Moved our tickets yesterday, annoyingly rang at 11 and the line wasn't open, redialed and it was and ended up number 20 in the queue. By the time I got to the front, the seats we wanted had been taken (where we sat 2 seasons ago until some ST clusterfuckup meant we ended up elsewhere!) but managed to get the second choice ones.
Trying to get to as many away games as possible, starting with huddersfield. Should take a good following of 2,000 plus
I only got back from holiday the other day and just sent my renewal pack off so hopefully I've still got my Seat "/
I'd get a ST if I had money but broke and unemployed at moment. But starting a training course in a couple of weeks with job at the end so maybe a couple of months into the season or half way i'll buy one.
I renewed last Thursday and moved to BC upper :/
I renewed about four weeks ago, on the payment plan this time round, and collected the tickets just before coming on holiday.
I just called at the ticket office, on the off chance, gave my details and all three tickets were ready.
I renewed/relocated to V1 from B Clough upper
Yeah, gonna try hit as many away games as possible- moving back to London in three weeks so defo gonna hit most of the games in and around that area then onto the further trips up north.
Watford, Palace, Milwall, Charlton, and Brighton... Then looking to make road trips to Leeds, Hull, Sheffield, Bolton, Blackburn and Birmingham.
Derby and Leicester home and away goes without saying. If you're going to any of these drop me a message and I'll keep you informed.
I ordered mind yesterday, got an even better seat than the one I had expected to get
I bright my ST online, did anyone else do this as from what I have heard there were big queue's at the ticket office and on the phones but the internet was fine (well apart from saying my card was declined twice, but it worked fine after that)
