Three former directors of Mansfield Town FC have announced that they have formally set up another football club.
Steve Hymas, Darren Bland and Andy Saunders resigned from the board at Field Mill last week after a number of disagreements behind the scenes.
But now the trio have controversially decided to start a new club which they have called AFC Mansfield.
Does anyone know why three directors all walked on Mansfield in the first place?

I assume it's because their new owner hires staff based on how well they can blankety blank
Interesting... It was clear that they were having problems with the way Radford and Still were doing tingz, don't know much about Mansfield but didn't know it was seen as a big deal they had left.
Looks like they're playing at Forest Town Welfare, which is about a 2 minute walk for me. Not that I'll be going, mind
stags have made some good close season signings already and kept the manager which bodes well for continuity next season, the worrying thing about what happened is it could cause a roll on effect according to my stag mate
Seems like the board could be the problem for them. Good team and manager, but I get the feeling the board might start sticking their noses into managerial areas ala QPR
Stags conceded 4 goals for the second consecutive game tonight. Not good for my stags supporting friends who think this season they'll walk it
So which team has a bit of cash to splash this year then? Fleetwood last year, Crawley before... As long as there are teams like that in the league, Mansfield will remain where they are.
Are Luton still down there? There's a whole host of clubs in that division that I wouldn't mind seeing back in the league. Lincoln City being one of them!
Can you have a 'demise' of Mansfield? Surely just living there is a demise in itself?
They dream of getting horses.
I believe they use the more under-developed of their society similar to what we would call horses
