Apparently the Pye deal was done 10 days ago, but publication of any details were embargoed.
I understand the same may be applicable to the takeover deal... it has all been done, but details are subject of embargo while all the legals and FL approvals are completed.

Watching that it's highlighted one of the things I hated most about last season - looking out on to the pitch and often seeing a team full of players who I'd no connection or love for.

Miller, Derbyshite, Greening, Boateng, Tudgay, Wooton, Chambers, Moussi, Cunningham - players which might have played decent in parts, but none of which I class a true reds (Chambers has long since lost that accolade).

Compare that to seasons past where Blackstock, McKenna, Earnshaw, Cohen, Morgan, Gunts etc. were all fans favourites and it shows what we need back at the club - players who can inspire the fans.
