That's just the start of it. He was born in the US so is eligible to be President.

I was almost going to say, „even the Americans don’t deserve that ****“, then I remembered they’d already previously elected Donald Trump.

Broadly speaking I agree with you, but whether you are religious, agnostic or atheist, those values influence your philosophy and political viewpoint.

I wouldn't call WW1, WW2, the Cold War or Vietnam religious wars.

Time to throw those Roger Waters albums out Chris before the Bundespolizei come knocking.

My friends can't sell their house because it is too close to an imaginary train line yet not close enough for compensation.

He must have really, really „good“ photographs, to keep getting the plum jobs he’s had.

I cannot recall a Cabinet Minister who has proved so utterly incompetent in so many different jobs.

He's only on the cabinet because he supports May no matter what. She doesn't care how incompetent he is in return for his blind loyalty.

As soon as she's gone in a few weeks Grayling will be the first to follow her in a reshuffle.

    Funny old world?

Only a couple of years ago on this forum:
    1. Clegg's LibDems were the slimiest shit-houses on the planet.
    2. Corbyn was the Messiah of a new political era.
    3. Boris was only hours away from ousting Theresa May.
    4. We will never hear from Farage ever again.

Clegg is still a slimy shit house, he is employed to help enable Facebook's Bullshit now.
Corbyn was never the messiah in fact if the Tories wernt such a shit show he would have caused me to vote against labour, in fact he still is just voting for anyone but Tories & Labour now.
Boris is a self serving clown and always will be he has the lowest public approval rating of any of the current crop off potential Tory leader at 67% disapproval amongst GP.
And farage was always coming back I point you to

All this does is give Farage more free publicity and strengthens the resolve of his supporters.

That's happening regardless of the milkshakes.

I've come to conclusion that, as much as I personally want to remain, the country almost needs to go through a no deal Brexit and feel the pain of the poverty it causes, just to put certain people back in their places.

    This is a compelling argument.

I’ve found that, actually living in a country who is an enthusiastic member of the EU, things are so much different.

But even if a U.K. outside of the EU fell apart economically (which conceivably could and would happen) would the British then come crawling back, Top Hat in hand, to the EU?

And if so, would the EU have them?

    And what about Scotland?

They probably would, but without any of the favourable perks we now enjoy. And we'd almost certainly have to join the Euro.

Yeah, that's the bit that I couldn't previously get past. I'm just so saddened by the support that seems to be swelling behind Farage, I'm losing the will to see the obvious.
