He has some serious talent, as well as very imposing physical attributes. Pity he falls apart all the time, a fit and firing Ishmael Miller would tear this league apart. I still think him and Blackstock would make a dangerous partnership.

Some are born to fit, hale and hearty.
Ishmael was touched with the injury stick at birth.
Mark my words - he will always spend more time in the sick bay than on the pitch.
I am not criticizing him - all his injuries seem to be valid; just underlines my argument that some are born unlucky that way.

Hopefully we can get rid and use his ridiculously high wages on keeping the likes of Gaz Mac at the club

You can almost hear the cogs turning on the collumn filling machine that the mirror has.

Player not in team.......player is a striker.....another team needs striker.....create rumour....fill paper with drivel....ignore fact he's not in team because he is injured.....

Not that I would be sad if he left, he showed he had potential at West Brom but its not working for him here, plus he's always out injured and we don't have the cash for passengers. Old biscuit legs.

    Peter @BollardNFFC

Miller should of left already to boro, expect him with another striker and majewski to go on loan. striker and centre half coming in.
    Other Striker McGoldrick?

Strange that seeing as Radi was reported to have pulled a Hamstring in training last week....

Along with Lewis, for me Miller has to be the most frustrating player we have. The guy has all that size, power and pace, but barely ever puts it to any use. Every now and then in a game you'll see him get the ball, outmuscle a couple of defenders and leave them for dead, so I just think 'right that was good, now do it again', but the next minute he can't be bothered to go for a ball a yard away from him and just stands there and shrugs his shoulders! Then half an hour later he goes of injured again!!!

Anything over a £1m in the summer and you'd have to consider it, anywhere near £1.5m and we should snap their hand off.

miller has a tendency to run in a 20 yard area flapping his arms - similar to when you chase a chicken.

He's either been injured or returning to match fitness in most of his games for us. IF he'd have been fit all season I doubt we'd be in the bottom 4.

I'm glad you made that a big IF! I agree we probably would be further up the league, but his career to date suggests that for one reason of other he just isn't capable of staying fit for a prolonged period, and so he just becomes a drain on the clubs now limited resources. But it's always his attitude when he does play the bothers me most.
