Default Perch - Will he write himself into Forest Folklaw

Assuming Perch returns at Right back this weekend he wll have the opportunity of legend status....

All he needs to do is make certain that Commons is laid out flat on the pitch by half time... lol lol

I would rather he defended stoutly and contributed to a memorable and unexpected win.

Commons being physically abused or not is wholly irrelevant.

Perch already has a special place in Forest folklore. The first, and to date only, Spiced Pork Sauage snack to put on the garibaldi.

I think an elbow to the face would be Ok...as Commons clearly considers himself a pretty boy...a broken nose would be good

Ensuring that Commons is on the losing side on Sunday will be more satisfying than seeing him put on his arse.

No place for violence in the modern game, either on the field or off it. The day's of Psycho trying to break someone's legs in the first 5 minutes are long gone.

Kris is long gone too - the boy's history and plying his trade elsewhere and everyone should move on. We all know constant booing on Sunday will only inspire him and, when he's inspired he's a very dangerous player.

Given attendances over the last few seasons, he was being quite generous in that interview when he says "I gave up 28,000 fans there [Nottingham] for 30,000 at Pride Park. We all know that in modern football, the only loyalty is from the fans. Players move where the money is. End of...

The likelyhood of Common's beating Perch is the same as you losing you grey hair within the next hour.

    (Without Just for Men aswell.)

I can see Chambers starting at right back giving Commons an easy game

When commons gets the ball it would confuse him more just to go silent than boo.

we are assuming Jewell plays him on the left side though..if he's been swapping tips with CC then he'll confuse us and put him on the right!
I'm confident Perchy will look after him just fine..it'd almost be worth Chambers though just for a clumsy tackle with trailing leg aimed at the nut clusters area!

He's typically been played on the left of midfield for the Sheep. Which is probably why he's been doing well there.

oh i agree (thro gritted teeth!) and jewell plays a conventional game but commons is the ace up his sleeve and he'll be thinkin Forest know all his tricks etc so can stop him more than any other team can!
He might play him more central and allow him to drift..no doubt he'll try a shot or two from outside the box! I'd man mark him all game!

Not a chance as Calderwood's lovechild will be playing right-back as usual.
