The only time I heard McClaren shout today is when the ball didn't come back from the stand quick enough for a throw-in.

There was people on my row giving Billy stick last season because he was being too quite on the bench and not "doing what Cloughie would be doing and raising his fists"

But when the chips are down you want your manager out of the dugout giving instructions/bollockings.

I saw McGugan have a go at him towards the end. McClaren didn't say anything in return.

I wish mcgugan would fuck off.

Seriously, how has one player become bigger than the last 2 managers?

Particuarly a player whos so up and down.

Excellent point - he may be prepared to accept 50 p in the £ - he did say that he viewed the £70m as spent - i thinkhis words were "giving something back to the community". On reflection my point should not have been about Administration, but about a well-heeled buyer coming in, and who in their right mnds would pay £70m for the crock of pooh that is NFFC Ltd?

If anyone wants a good laugh, just check out all the comments flying around about Steve McClaren on Twitter.

He truly is the biggest imposter I’ve ever seen in a job.

I suggest renaming the "ex players" sub forum "ex players & managers", then it can live in there along with the topic threads on Billy Davies.

The kind of bloke who'd loan Cummings out, sell Brereton, and rely on a threadbare, leggy frontline for goals

    Fuck off.

Stop trying to kill this good feeling around the club. There's a good feeling everywhere apart from the usual few on here.

Another point away from home. Wanted three, saved one from nowhere.

A 0-3 home defeat tonight. Home fans taunting Bristol for only being 2-0 ahead, then they promptly score another. Already his position must be looking tenuous at best. QPR are fucked. Schteve is clueless. Transfer embargo in January. Got a week and a half to make the loan signings that will keep them up.

Pity we don't play them until December. No doubt they will be having a bit of a new manager bounce just in time for that fixture.

New manager bounce will probably have worn off over the upcoming international break at this rate!

Can't wait for him to get sacked and this myth of him being anything other than an utter dogshit manager put to bed the insufferable twat

Anyone know how many goals we've conceded under Karanka in the last 16 games?

Let's not kick a man when he's down. Can take into retirement the best result in the Forest-Derby fixture for over a century at least. Which will be better than sitting and reflecting on, say, the worst.
