Hey ho, another night rolls by without a flicker of sleep.

Even a shag hasn't done the trick.

The young doctor is dead to the world.

    I should be so lucky.

    Meh.

„I believe in socialism because it seems more humanitarian, rather than every man for himself and 'I'm alright jack' and all those arsehole businessmen with all the loot. I made up my mind from viewing society from that angle. That's where I'm from and there's where I've made my decisions from. That's why I believe in socialism“

Oddly I've been packing in the unfeasible stupid awakening hours recently, but I've had so much work on that I haven't got round to posting.

It's good to be doing something positive again, rather than getting fat and idle.

Should this thread be renamed the thread for Alzheimer's sufferers in waiting? https://www.nih.gov/news-events/nih-...eimers-protein

With how much sleep I lost to callouts for our computer system in the 80s and 90s and my bad sleep patterns now, my outlook must be poor.

No sleep tonight and it's raining outside. A lot on my mind it seems.

Can't sleep tonight again. Thoughts of what people have been saying about me rattling around in my head. Can't get rid. I know I'm not a bad person but what others believe says otherwise. I have no idea what to do.

    Walk away.

Block them, ignore any attempt to contact you and step away from any activity that involves them as much as you can.

It’s for the best. No point beating yourself up about the activities of others.

Internetting isn't conducive to sleep, a quick wank then roll over is the maximum.
