We've all been waiting very patiently for some good news regarding new signings, and with the new season now three and a half weeks away, we all know it's got to start coming together pretty soon. I woke up this morning feeling characteristically upbeat about our prospects, but for some reason I also have a gut feeling that we might also hear something concrete today. It would be nice to see a signing, any signing.
Routledge I think we can forget, as Leicester are in for him and their money means they can both out bid us and also offer higher wages.
Greening would be a good start, If McClaren can pull that one off. I'd still like us to sign Shorey though but I'm well in the "optimistic" camp!
