have been linked away from the club. I think we'd miss Clingan although Holt wouldn't be a massive loss. What do others think?

While we're here, seeing the rumours so far, what do you guys think our first 11 will be come next season?

Sammy has been offered a new contratc by the club. I can't see him leaving.
Holt, on the other hand, I'm not bothered about. But I don't see him being a Forest player come the start of next season.
I think that the page title says it all "Press Talk"

Sammy can't go - he's been immense for us this season!
That's pretty much how I see it too. 4-3-3/4-5-1 is going to be our formation and I think it'll pay off in the Championship. It's perhaps not the best formation for League One cause most teams just sat back and attacked on the counter against us, but I think it'll be good this coming season.Originally Posted by Squibbit

I wouldn't have doubted that. He seems a level headed chap and let's hope we see him in the championship next season!!
Clingan is a important first team player, I can see him staying anyway.
Sammy staying put i reckon
As for Holty he can go. Does anyone know how many games he got for Blackpool last season on loan? And how many goals? stupid question i know

I reckon Clingan would be a decent midfielder for us in the Championship,I reckon he'll stay..but then again I thought Commons would stay too!

As long as we don't become the next Sc**thorpe / Southend rather than Bristol City / Wigan etc.
My Mum says we are going to sign Robinho!
I'm flabbergasted at this news.

This seems to me to be an allegory for Nottingham Forest's midfield.
Except the fat arsed one has left for Derby.
Holt Gone. He can go to Blackpool and drain their wage bill and sit on the bench.
I hope Clingan will stay. He looked really happy when we got promoted. Then again so did Commons
he's not exactly going to say i want to leave is he? i mean bring on the wrath of a scoarned forest fan?Originally Posted by Boozehound
dont know why everyones slagging holt off. he was always played out of position and how many other players get loaned out to an higher division club?
Because whilst he was playing out of position he was mardy, and didn't put the effort, the sooner we get rid the better.Originally Posted by cmw
