Default Changing Seats - Season Ticket

Me and a mate have a ST in trent end upper and want to change our seats for the Ipswich game but how do we do it? The official site is unhelpful because it tells me to fill out 1 of the 4 vouchers in the back of my ST book, I have 0-4 X2 vouchers and ABCD vouchers?

I did this a couple of seasons ago and all I did was go into the ticket office handed my season ticket over, they then remove the voucher for that match and issue you with a ticket in the stand you wish to sit.

I think you have to do it in the ticket office, hand your ST book over and pick the seat you want for that game. *They'll then disapear with your book, rip out the appropriate number and one of the alternate tickets from the back of the book then give it you back with a matchday ticket.

    Edit: As Dylan said

Should be, but quite a few people do buy tickets on day of the match. May be worth phoning them up and asking them if you can do it all over the phone and just give up your stub at the ticket collection office where the queue is always alot smaller.

If we don't win tomorrow, you'd probably be ok at 7.44pm.

But it depends on the accuracy and efficiency of the particular member of staff in the ticket office you see.

I am meeting my mate at the ticket office about an hour before kick-off, I should be fine, if not I have a ticket still so it's win win.

All you have to do is go in to the ticket office and ask to transfer your seat to x area of the ground. It should be straight foward from there. Why where are you and Billy planning on sitting?

I did it for the Charlton game -

Just go in the ticket office and say "can i move to block X for todays game" they'll take your ticket off you, rip your alternate ticket out (you have 4) and rip that days ticket out, then they hand you a ticket for the game (normal matchday ticket) you dont need your season ticket at all again for the day.
