Default The whiffy non-forest bollocks transfer thread

Noticed there's not one of these knocking around the football banter forum. I'll start:

Apparently Blackburn are to put a 150,000 a week bid in to lure Ronaldinho to them.

    From the BBC gossip page.

I think Okocha stands out because his style was so unlike anything Big Sam preaches. But no doubt Jay Jay was a delight to watch.
But in general I feel he could make Brazil play like Halifax. (no offence to Halifax)

A few rumours around that Adebayor could be on his way to Real Madrid.

With Higuin out for 6 months, Real only have one fit Striker, in Benzema. They have no more money to spend at this time so don't be suprised if Adebayor is switched over there, should the Dzeko deal go through.

    Good shout that.

Mourinho doesn't have a bottomless pit of cash there so a deal for Adebayor makes sense. He could be picked up either on loan or at a discount.

Forest reject George Boyd to sign for QPR this week for £1.3m.

Heard from a good source at London Road, but I still find it unbelievable that QPR would want him...

He doesn't seem a Warnock style of player, but when did a QPR manager ever have a say on transfer policy!

With Adebayour getting in a fight on the training ground today, he could be gone sooner rather than later.

Useful backup to Taraabt, perhaps? Doesn't seem the kind of player QPR would be targeting though if they are thinking of the premier League?

If he's fit he should score a bagful in this league.

Although I thought Kris Boyd would do similar.

A cracking signing. Remember when Derby had him on loan then couldn't get a work permit only for him to end up at Pompey

According to Talksport Grant will be sacked as manager of West Ham after the game today and Martin O'Neil is set to take over.

Liverpool are after him, they put in a paltry bid and Adam chucks in a transfer request. Hopefully Blackpool will hold out for more than the £4mill offered, but I bet they don't. Bloody scousers!
