what's the release date? Might make a good bday present for my dad.
I am also very interested in this.
Without wanting to sound like a pessimist but how can you verify this is genuine? What will we have to do to get our name published in the back of the book?
very very interested
I heard he was doing a book too, but a Hotmail address and asking for £16 sounds a little dodgy to me.
I'll see what I can find out and confirm - nobody pay anything to anyone and I'll confirm when I'm happy it's legit )
Looking forward to this, big norm must have a shedload of stories to tell...!
My Favourite Big Norm story when Cloughie told him to play for Simon's sunday side, a day after playing in the 1st team just a way of ensuring he wasn't a big head.
I thoroughly enjoyed him at the Approach and would love to read more.
Have made contact with Norm himself () and it's legit.
Feel a bit star struck now!
Of course, if you're still wary of things then I'm sure the book will be available to buy in person when he's at The Approach in Feb with Paul Hart.
Hurrah! Maybe it'll be given away free with the tickets?
Have requested my signed copy says 'Dear Tutts, you were always my greatest influence and I wish there were more people like you in the world, Kind regards, Norm.'
I read this as Big Norks New Book Coming soon and am sadly disappointed.
Just got an email from Big Norm.
Had another couple today too. After emailing the address given at the top of the page I was given a link to a Facebook page to join however it seem's Facebook have removed the page due to advertising.
For anyone needing the email address again its: firstname.lastname@example.orgHi Andy,
Unfortunately Facebook have removed the account, as they said it was being used for advertisement - therefore we're in the process of setting up a website, so will forward these details on to you as soon as it's up and running.
We'll keep you updated via e-mail for now and the website once it's up and running. Please feel free to pass this e-mail address and website on to others.
Please donate to my #MPCC14 JustGiving page @ Justgiving.com/FindElaine
Giving this a bump so that anyone who missed it can get in on the action, as winnits said this is a genuine offer from the big man himself.
The Facebook page should be back soon
In the initial post from Big Norm he actually got the price wrong! It is in fact £17.99 plus £2 post and packaging for the hard back signed and personally 'dedicated to' edition which is scheduled for release on 1st September and £9.99 for the paperback edition which will be released a month later on 1st October.
He is at present just working on the finishing touches with Ray Yeomans and will be looking to do plenty of signings around the release dates, might be an idea to have a dedicated LTLF signing if there is enough interest, perhaps in The Globe pre match in a midweek game early next season, as long as Chesterfield are not playing on the same evening I am sure it would not be a problem.
I've updated the 1st post with the correct price to avoid any confusion
I LOVE the idea of having Big Norm do an LTLF signing in the Globe. It'd be amazing!Originally Posted by barry butlin
